Fabulous Experience at Dreams Onyx Punta Cana! My family and I had a wonderful experience at Dreams Onyx Punta Cana. From the service to the staff’s hospitality, everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of throughout our vacation. I would especially like to recognize Anthony, the bartender at the Preferred Pool Bar. His service was exceptional! He was always attentive, friendly, helpful, and polite. He makes amazing cocktails and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and enjoy their experience. His positive attitude and professionalism truly make a difference. Employees like Anthony are what turn a great vacation into an unforgettable memory. Thank you so much for providing such outstanding service! I highly recommend this resort, and we look forward to returning with our family in the future.

Amazing holiday
We had an amazing holiday! After a long flight we were tired and there were a few bits in the room that were disappointing; dusty top under the tv, sofa bed not made up for our 3 year old. The patio doors looked tired on the outside. However, the staff rectified what we raised and everything else, we couldn’t fault. The staff in general are amazing but a shout out to Bernice in particular who looked after us, over and above, especially our little boy. Certain people make your holiday that little more special! The entertainment was great. My only advice would be to get there earlier in the evenings if you’ve smaller children and it’s busy. There were nights our little one couldn’t see when sat outside. Despite any, ever so slight, negative comments, we’d be back tomorrow if we could.

15 year Anniversary Trip
Everything was amazing! Especially the adult pool area. We had the best concierge, Starling. He took care of everything we needed and was very responsive.

You MUST vacation here!
We visit Dreams Onyx resort one to two times a year. We prognosis went for our honeymoon and now we return annually for our anniversary. We are blessed to take my parents with us and we always have an amazing time. The staff is simply incredible! Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and they truly care about your experience. The events are thoughtfully planned, and truly a blast.

The Waterpark was nice and so were the pools and bars. Initially the lifeguard argued with me that my son was seven and not nine, which is the required age to ride the water slides. I had to have our butler come and explain due to a language barrier. The food is not what we expected from a Hyatt owned property.
