    Amazing Resort and Staff

    What an amazing resort! Highly recommend staying in a preferred room. You then are assigned a butler to help with different things. Our butler, Domingo was wonderful !!! He is amazing! We would request Domingo! Staying in a preferred room you then have access to the preferred lounge. The bartenders Bethania and Rosaina are great and make fantastic drinks!

    Fantastic time in DR

    Excellent service, food was great, the grounds are breathtaking. The beach is fantastic; the waves can be rough but at the end of the beach it is calmer. Domingo our butler was fantastic and took great care of us. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

    Great vacation- amazing butler service!

    The resort was well maintained and gorgeous. Domingo our butler was amazing! He was always available and proactive in helping us with reservations and plans. Highly recommend the VIP club rooms. Pool towels were scarce and that could be improved. Loved our stay!

    Overall great experience. Only recommendations would be easier access to getting cash in US dollars, and more beach towell availability near the pools. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The entertainment was great with lots of variety. Food was delicious with many options.

    Thanksgiving trip.

    We had a wonderful trip. We went to Dreams Macao as a family trip with our younger daughters. Domingo the butler provided us exceptional service and was always prompt if we asked for something. Mariella, Juana, and Franchesca were great waitresses on the preferred club beach as well as at the bar. Overall everyone we encountered was extremely kind and helpful. Great food and a great family resort.
