So happy we chose to stay at Dreams Macoa. We've been to multiple Dreams resorts all over the Caribbean. This experience is one or my top 1 places to stay. All the workers work hard to maintain an keep this resort clean. I couldn't believe how well kept this resort is. The rooms were spotless and up to date. The restaurants were beautiful and plenty of food to choose from. The first thing I do is go to the beach. I've never seen a beach so clean! No garbage anywhere, and the workers rake out the sand sooo neatly I didn't want to walk on it lol. Let's say I was so impressed by everything here. The main thing is all the staff at this resort, WOW. All friendly and willing to do everything and anything to make your stay a pleasurable and memorable one! I will 100% be coming back to Dream Macoa!!

Tobias and Angel from Punta Cana, Dreams Resort sold us the package. scammer, liars. I bought a package as did my parents. 25k CAD. The biggest garbage service ever. All lies. All of it. All fake promises to get you to sign. Promised free weeks, free trips, no blackouts, pay per room and not per person, plane tickets at 299$. Tried to book the free weeks, UVC told me no free weeks, pay per person, no free trips, cant use points on plane tickets, can't fly out of Montreal, the 2nd largest city in Canada. We are stopping all payments as it stands. I called UVC, zero customer support, even acknowldge that they lie and that the details may not all be the same. DO NOT waste your money.

FVE - Guest Experience
My wife and I came to this resort October 2026. The hotel is extremely inviting and one of our favorite parts as soon as we got there was everyone saying "welcome home" we really thought that was a nice touch and made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped onto the premises. Every single barista at the24/7 cafe was incredible. They always had a smile on my face when my wife and I walked in no matter the time of day and they were excellent to speak with. Victor and Hernandez were extremely helpful with my wife when setting up her Pilates - they made the morning extremely easy for her and took away and stress she had. They were incredible at recruiting people around the pool and help adverting her classes. Their energy was incredible and had us both laughing constantly. Manuel was our butler who assigned with our room upgrade and he was an incredible to deal with. He was accommodating and helpful when we needed it and went above and beyond for requests or things we needed. If you get an upgrade I would highly suggest asking for him directly. The resort is pretty new and had so any accommodations, restaurants, amazing nightly shows, buffets, sit down dinners and breakfasts. We are already planning our return for this resort for 2027!

FVE - Guest Experience
My husband and I went down to Dreams Macao for the first time and we talk about this trip constantly and cant WAIT to go back. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most friendly staff who started us off with a refreshing cold towel and bubbles as we waited for our change to check in. Check in was seamless and we even upgraded to a room with a swim out pool - I highly recommend this if you are able :) You get access to a private pool, exclusive restaurant access and lounges as well as a butler. Our Butler was Manuel - he was extremely attentive, responsive and friendly. He really made out first experience with this type of luxury amazing. I highly recommend requesting him if available. The event staff was incredible and so helpful! They made teaching Pilates an ease especially as this was my first time - my mats were always by the pool when I got out there and the staff was going back and forth getting waters for all of the attendees. Myself and the attended of class were very grateful for their support. Hector and Hernandez were there recruiting people and sometimes attending the classes as well :) My husband and I every morning went to the cafe for our latte and cappuccinos and the baristas made out morning. They always had a smile on and were a treat to speak with. We looked forward to going back every morning :) The room, gym, pools, restaurants, and resort were all very clean and well taken care of! There is something to do for everyone, whether you are there with a family, friends, spouse or just spending some solo time. If you have been thinking of booking here - I say don't think. DO. you wont regret it :)

Fantastic hotel, staff and service was great.. food was excellent, would recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.
