    Excellent vavation for R&R

    Excellent resort and very friendly staff. Rodolfo and his staff at the Lobby bar are the best ! We would come back just because of their hospitality. Always smiling and friendly. Rooms clean and our room was well taken care of by Teo . She was always smiling. Adult pool service was top notch as well and quiet , perfecr place to relax . Check out the coffee shop, best service and qaint morning place !

    Attending our friends wedding

    Francisco, Rudolph, Silva and Dolce were the best bartender at the lobby bar. They were very attentive and quick with delivering our drinks. Hugo and Alex work the wedding we attended and they also provided amazing service. Lastly Esther from the preferred bar in the beach was also amazing and had an great sprit.

    Kids club

    Lizeth at kids club was very kind and professional. It was a very relaxing , hospitable resort Very safe and clean . The wait times at time was kinda long . The only negative the stores (if you needed to purchase ) anything , be prepared to spent a lot of money. A small kids ball $45 dollars It’s beyond unreasonable Sunscreen small bottle $35 dollars

    Such a let down. Don’t be fooled by the reviews

    I had such high hopes for this hotel based on the ratings! Food was terrible unless you are into fast food, deep fried everything, and very limited options especially for kids to eat aside from the usual mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, or burger patty on buns with nothing on it. The quality of the food was very bad. We came here for a family wedding (not at the resort itself) and most of the family chose this resort to stay at for the week so we went with the flow so as to stay together. I’m usually not a fan of all inclusive resorts but since we had kids with us we figured why not just relax and not have to pull out wallets all the time. Well, if you don’t tip here you will not be given basic service. There is very much an expectation to be tipped for every single service. Think, going to a buffet and every station you stop at to include the omelette cook will expect a tip and then again the person who brings you water to the table. You have to be constantly throwing tips and this is just to be acknowledged. If you ask the pool boy to bring an umbrella, you’ll be expected to tip him too. The hotel itself is dated and parts seems like a ghost town, especially the “kids club.” maybe it was once a thing but sort of became a wasteland outside off to the side collecting dust and distant memories. Unless you are a “premium” paying guest, expect basically sugar and water drinks. No quality drinks to be tasted. All watered down sugar bombs. I don’t know if this is is normally the case here but the room service keep rolling these loud carts up and down the stretches infront of your room until the wee hours of the night and my kids had a hard time staying asleep from the noise. Between the rolling carts, the drunk people screaming everywhere (and we stayed on the 5th floor), and the fridge and vent that kept popping and squeaking all night every night…I will not return to this hotel. No thanks. Lesson learned. I’m shocked we paid what we did per night for this. I’d rather pay a couple hundred more per night and stay at the grand velas

    Will recommend this resort and experience to friends and family! Would love to come back again!

    This trip and resort was absolutely incredible! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to meet all our wants and needs! Stella, Raul, and Jose were THE BEST and took care of us each and every day. Rooms were clean, food was delicious, amenities were nice, and the view was gorgeous! Will recommend Dreams Los Cabos!
