Great location. The shuttle to the city is very helpful. Overall great experiences. Gym set up was very great! Yenny was a great spin teacher with the classes. There was a spinning party at night which was very fun

ALL-INCLUSIVE IN NAME ONLY: A TRULY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I booked this hotel expecting a high level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The “all-inclusive” concept feels more like a marketing strategy than an actual commitment. The liquor selection is extremely limited, the quality is far below expectations, and drinks frequently run out, leaving guests waiting for supervisors to authorize or deliver replacement bottles that almost never came. Having to repeatedly ask for something you’ve already paid for is simply unacceptable. Even more disappointing was the service. Dilson and Yeison, in particular, displayed rude, discourteous, and highly unprofessional attitudes, falling far short of even basic hospitality standards. Poor service is frustrating enough, but when combined with a lack of courtesy and professionalism, it makes the entire experience unpleasant. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, not as though they are asking for favors when requesting services they’ve already paid for. This hotel has clearly lost its standards of service, quality, and commitment to guest satisfaction. I would neither return nor recommend it. If you’re looking for a genuine all-inclusive experience with quality drinks and service that reflects the price you’re paying, look elsewhere. Charging premium prices does not make an experience premium.

### VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – NOT RECOMMENDED
Unfortunately, this hotel has significantly declined in both quality and service. For the price they charge, the experience falls far short of what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. The quality of the alcoholic beverages is extremely poor, availability is limited, and guests constantly have to wait or repeatedly ask for drinks that are supposedly included. What disappointed us the most was the service and the excessive restrictions. We visited as a group of friends to celebrate a special occasion, but instead of feeling welcomed, we experienced an uncomfortable atmosphere, unhelpful staff, and the constant feeling of being watched. A resort should focus on providing an enjoyable experience for its guests, not making them feel like they are asking for favors when requesting services they have already paid for. The value for money is simply not there. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in customer service, hospitality, and delivering on the all-inclusive experience they advertise. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Dreams Resorts & Spas (5-day experience)
I had a great stay at this resort; it exceeded my expectations. There are tons of activities to do at the hotel (golf, bingo, live music, magic, spanish lessons, and much more). The pool and beach access were very nice, and they poured pretty hefty at the bar... Lol! It's not like the U.S. where they water down your drinks... Lastly, I wanted to give a shoutout to Leidy and Diego Yepes for providing excellent service -- they went above and beyond.
