Great Trip
Staff was great food was great. Miguel at the Teppanyaki grill was amazing. The rice was the best we have ever had. We stayed preferred and it was fantastic. We recommend this option if you don't have kids to maximize its usage. Delmer at the preferred pool bar makes the best Margarita on the resort

Dreams Jade is not a Dream
Dreams Jade is not a Dream. They can do better. Stay for four days and booked two family suites (total of four suites with two suites connected) so this was not inexpensive. When we checked in we were told the family would be in Same building. We are two buildings away from each other which is not great when traveling with kids. I will speak for the disasters in my two suites. The weather is all sun and mid 80s. We did not have AC in Our room the first two days. After multiple requests and on the second night maintenance came to fix it. In the middle of the night the entryway of the room had a leak, a hole appeared in the ceiling and we woke up to plaster all over the floor. Good thing this was not above the beds. We were not permitted to use the second suite that we paid for Saturday while they shackled and painted the ceiling. Additionally the largest two pools are closed all day today. When the pools are open, they take flotation devices at 4:30 and all pools close early at 7. The rooms do not fully get cleaned. When we checked in we found hair on the sinks, desk and floors and used tissues in the The drawers as well as contact lenses in the bathroom. The room did not get cleaned after the first night after multiple requests. We were able to get replacement towels. Despite the note on the bed, linens did not get changed and they only made the beds in one room. Hair from check in was still in all the same places. When we asked to change rooms due to issues, hole is ceiling, fact that we could not use one room, they said after 4pm, maybe. But they told me that they already had a vacant suite that just needed cleaning. No sense of empathy, customer service or urgency after multiple calls. With so many restaurants, there is only one breakfast option, a buffet option that you can use for breakfast and most are only open for dinner which is disappointing. Drinks are super sweat with some kind of sugar additive. The Good - the place is pretty, people are polite, the welcome with champagne, juice and wet washcloths is nice. There is a schedule of daily activities and a nightly show. The COco coffee bar is a nice touch with coffee, ice cream and quick grab and go eats and pastries. There are a variety of dinner restaurants. The lobby bar is nice. Also like included sports/ entertainment complex.

Great hibachi experience at Spice
Chef Miguel at Spice was fantastic! He was entertaining and the food was great. The fish was the best entree. Great ambiance and service. If the reservations weren’t so hard to get we’d come more often! Relatively good timing- didn’t feel rushed. Thank you, Miguel!
