Nov 05, 2026Food was poor on flavour and quality
Food was fair to poor tasting and no good activities or entertainment. Alcohol was Watered down. We won’t be returning to this site

Nov 05, 2026Small but Well Run
The resort was smaller than we had anticipated and not all the restaurants/bars were open which was disappointing. However, the food, service and amenities were excellent. Any issue or request was dealt with immediately - even a change of room. I would recommend the preferred club status as the restaurant for breakfast was much more relaxing than the buffet. The beach was disappointing. It looks beautiful but is actually white concrete with a thin layer of sand. The water was also brown as it contained sargassum. However, it was cleared several times a day from the sand. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. It was nice to be within a gated community so you could venture out safely.

Nov 05, 2026Good place to go if you wanna loose weight.
Scale of 1-5 Rooms 5 Services 5 Resort condition 4 Location 4 Food 1 because it was barely edible. Your clientele are Mostly Can & US. The food should reflect that. Meat low grade, over cooked. You want to serve local foods for locals, that’s fine. But the bulk of your guests are not locals. Food is a big part of the vacation experience.

Food subpar. Very few activities. Pool area small and crowded. No hot tubs. Disco has children's games near and they run all over in bar area late at night

Lovely resort, perfect size for our family. We spent extra on preferred and I dont think we can ever go back to regular
Lovely resort, perfect size for our family. We spent extra on preferred and I dont think we can ever go back to regular service. Swim up pool from our room was perfect size. Preferred bar, pool and resturaunt was great. The food was far better than I expected, only a few restaurants but great quality. The ocean lagoon was warm and inviting and had kayak or paddles boards for use. All the staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend this place for a family trip with small kids
