This place was outstanding! Starting with our private concierge Myrian! She provided excellent service for everything we asked for. She rememberd my group by name and didn’t hesitate to ask how our day was or if we needed anything every time we crossed paths! Rooms were clean and well kept up by excellent staff. Our air conditioner did freeze up one night but not 10minutes after notifying Myrian, the repairs we taking place! Excellent service and can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic holiday getaway
The hotel was amazing! The staff was fantastic. Antonio helped at the front desk. The beach was very clean. The preferred club was worth it. Our room was very comfortable and clean. 10 out of 10 would be back. The town was walkable with a great view and and atmosphere. The restaurants in town were fantastic as well.

Antonio was very accommodating throughout our trip. From the moment we checked in, until we checked out our family was treated with the highest level of service and respect. The food was great and the room service was always on time! We will be back again very soon!

Great trip to dreams Aventuras
Dreams Aventuras is a great resort Myriam our preferred club host was great. Made us feel like family when she greeted us by name . Thanks again for everything Myriam and the entire staff at Dreams Aventuras for making our dreams come true during our stay.

Awesome family vacation
This was a family vacation. Our boys had a blast. We have been to several all inclusives and this was right up there with all the good ones. There was a wait at one of the restaurants one night but every other night we sat right down. Adlendro and Octavio at the preferred bar made our drinks every day and always made our day with smiles and welcoming.
