If you're looking for a CSI themed escape room, book your "accommodations" here!
Stayed here for a large conference in town. Colleagues were there complaining about their rooms and told me to ask for a room in the tower. At check in, I was told there were no rooms available in the tower, but I was getting a "really nice room." I was put in the 1800 building of the "villas." Clearly this side of the hotel was an old Howard Johnson or Motel 6. Honestly I didn't care, as long as the room is clean. Let's cut to the chase: the room was disgusting. The carpeting was so dingy, dirty and worn out...AND, stains ALL OVER. Look at the pics. Also, the shower drain was disgusting, dirty and stained. The tile grout in the shower had mold and mildew stains. I, along with other colleagues, tried to change our rooms but were told no. Others had much more serious mold issues and cockroaches. Many left to stay at other resorts. When I checked out, no one even asked me about my stay. I think they know how bad their hotel is. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, these rooms need to be redone!!!!

Sleep is optional.
I’m writing this at 3am because, shockingly, the DoubleTree at SeaWorld seems to think sleep is an optional amenity. I’ve now had three nights of quality holiday downtime ruined thanks to being placed in a room with an interconnected door—basically an acoustic tunnel that delivers every sound from my neighbours straight into my skull. Everything was fine until three nights ago, when the foghorn couple from hell moved into room 904. They talk loudly, they argue loudly, and yes—let’s be clear—they have sex loudly. Very loudly. Nights one and two, the “show” started around 11pm and ran for hours. Tonight, they kicked things off at 2:30am with a speakerphone conversation, some cheerful chatting, and then the inevitable moaning and clapping. Absolutely magical. Before tonight’s 2:30am performance, I even spoke to reception earlier this evening. They told me to call when it started and they’d send security. Adorable. I called. Twice. And, shocker—no one at reception can be bothered to answer the phone. Useless. DoubleTree at SeaWorld, I used to be a loyal customer. But congratulations: you’ve finally presented a problem that two warm cookies can’t fix. You’ve lost me completely as a guest. When I’ve calmed down I will be leaving another review that cost me $60 because Double Tree has become a bastion of idiocy. Back home tomorrow- thank god. I might get some sleep.

Beware!! Ridiculous fee to pick up UPS packages!
I am staying at the villa section. The room though old but neat and clean. The toilet door was abit old, need more strength to close/open. The main door has gaps that can see thru and wind coming in. The makeup of room is sub-standard, I travelled with a group of 6, our hotels room sometime is not fully cleaned up, either did not refill tea/coffee, or left the dirty towels somewhere. When arrive at the hotel 3 of us did not have any shower gel refilled. I informed the reception to refill my tea bags (only provide 1 black tea and 1 camomile tea, which other hotels usually provide double of it), but it didn’t happen. Quite disappointed with the sub-standard services. The worst was I did an online purchase with free delivery to the hotel, I indicated to leave my package at the concierge. To my surprise, the package (delivered by UPS) was dropped off at the UPS center located within the hotel, and it costed usd15 to pick up the package! Exorbitant!

Great Hilton Resort at an Affordable Price
I had a very pleasant stay at this Hilton resort. They upgraded my room, and the room condition matched the price perfectly — overall, it felt like great value. For those who have the Aspire card, you can also receive an additional $200 credit, which makes this place even more worthwhile for the cost. I would happily stay here again.
