    Best Vacation with the help of the amazing staff of divi 💕

    We love staying at Divi- what keeps us coming back is the amazing staff at the hotel. We know when we go we will have a great time and make amazing memories. Everyone that works at Divi’s activity center dos an amazing job keeping the kids (and the adults) occupied! From Bingo, to kids activities everyone has a great time thanks to Jaydi and Alessandra! Julio is great, always making sure he makes my daughter smile each morning.Joel and Ariel were Also great!! Gino, the pizza man(although we only got to eat there once) made my daughter a pizza that she loved! Plus he was very kind. Danny makes great drinks!!! Andres is so sweet and always is kind. Johnpaul, Sandra are Always friendly and Caring! Claudia at the front desk was super helpful to our family and Chido is always a pleasure to be able to see and catch up with. Yoselin and chassolin (sorry for spelling error) at pure beach deli made my daughter’s day by ensuring that she had her favorite ice cream- it was so kind!! My only disappointment is for the gluten free pizza, and bread. Unfortunately, my daughter and I had an impossible time being able to eat anything at the hotel. We LOVE coming to Divi and can’t wait to return!

    My trip to the Divi Phoenix was wonderful . I just want to comment about Sandra at the towel hut. She is so friendly and helpful in explaining routine on the beach and other activities at the Divi. She totally makes us feel welcome.

    Divi Phoenix Customer Service is top notch!

    Joel Julio Driel was the best. Always found us a spot on the beach, no 6am wake ups to stake one out! He is friendly and fun and clearly loves helping guests have a great experience!
