Whenever I need a little out-of-office escape, The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood Beach is my go-to. The setting is breathtaking, and the staff’s warm hospitality makes every visit feel special. During our recent midweek break at Veranda Social Club, Carol, our poolside waitress, was charming, attentive, and such a pleasure to spend the afternoon with. She made our group feel right at home while keeping everything running smoothly. Rekey also stopped by to check on us, and we shared how impressed we were with both the beautiful venue and the accommodating team. We then learned he was the Director of Beverage! It was lovely to see that level of personal attention from leadership. From the cocktails to the bites, the team didn’t skip a beat. A heartfelt thank-you to Rekey, Carol, Lauren, and Marcello for making us feel so welcome and cared for. A beautiful setting, delicious refreshments, and a team that makes you want to return. We’ll definitely be back!

Don’t hesitate…Book it NOW‼️
I am late writing this review but I had to share my extraordinary stay at this resort! This resort was my next destination to go but I was ill and wasn’t able to travel for quite a while. I decided that I would celebrate my birthday here and I’m so glad I did. From check-in to check-out the customer service and accommodations were amazing! I was greeted at the front desk by Ana and she went above and beyond in providing a wonderful stay. Jada in the Solara area was absolutely incredible! She even gifted me dessert on my birthday and gave us wonderful recommendations on where to go. Her and Eduardo were so kind to provide me with birthday cocktails. The frozen Miami Vice was delicious. The food on property was very good as well. On my actual birthday my room was upgraded to an amazing room with the best view in Hollywood! After experiencing the Signia Diplomat I will never stay in South Beach again. I felt very taken care of and treated like a queen for my entire stay. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the Solara pool and the Veranda Club were closed for upgrades during our stay but this just gives me another reason to come back very soon!! Top tier experience for sure!!

I had the best experience here 10/10 and the service was amazingg! Big shout out to Jada at the pool, she was great!! Would highly recommend staying here, I will be back soon.
