Unbeliebable happy with our stay
Left unbelievable happy with our stay at Devossion by Live Aqua Service across the resort was next level, but several people especially deserved to be mentioned in our review: Agustin (manager at Flor de Sal) — exceptional service. Extremely attentive and accommodating with our dietary restrictions. We were beyond grateful. Special thanks to the chefs at Ceviva/Flor de Sal, who we unfortunately never got to meet, but made such delicious accommodations for us! Nevia (manager/host at Nami) — so kind and sweet. Obvious how much she cares about each guest - we were so grateful to her! Really the entire team at Nami was excellent Raul at Ceviva — you will love him. So friendly, so warm, and you can tell he genuinely cares about every single guest. He made every meal feel special. Juan Pablo (waiter at Nami) — amazing waiter, super attentive and just a really great guy. Pepe (waiter at Fiorella) — really, really lovely. 5-star service paired with a wonderful personality. Oscar (waiter at Liberi/Ceviva) — service with Oscar was always smooth, thoughtful, and consistent from start to finish. He sets a very high standard and truly makes the entire dining experience better. Carlos (manager at Liberi) — was such a highlight every morning. He really takes the time to get to know you, gave us amazing recommendations for Playa del Carmen, and was just such a positive presence to start the day. He took our dietary restrictions very seriously and literally walked me through the entire buffet to make sure I knew exactly what I could eat. So thoughtful and professional. Katharine (butler) — truly blew us away. She went above and beyond to accommodate our religious needs and made everything feel effortless. She was always available when we needed her, even when we didn’t have access to a phone. That level of attentiveness is rare. Guillermo (butler) — we loved him. Super kind, always around when needed, and just consistently amazing service. Went above and beyond for some of the requests we made, he’s excellent. Jackie at Fiorelli — such a warm and welcoming hostess. So friendly and personable, you immediately feel taken care of when you arrive. Thanks for making us feel so at home! Lia, the masseuse at the spa — my partner said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had in his life. Ruby was excellent as well. Extremely grateful for all the staff who made this trip 11/10. My partner and I commonly stay at top-tier resorts, but nothing has come close to the level of service at Devossion.

Absolutely will return.
One of the best AI vacations I have had. I can't say enough about the staff at this resort. From the minute we arrived, everyone worked to make us feel relaxed, welcome and special. The bell men and women and the front desk crew were warm,gracious and so friendly. We were treated to an upgrade from a king garden view to a king partial ocean view. Greatly appreciated this special touch. Food was some of the best we have experienced at a resort. I am celiac and the care and attention from all the staff at every restaurant, poolside service and room service was impeccable. I think they were more concerned about my well being than I was. Every effort was made to make sure I had just as great a meal as my husband. And if you can't find something to your liking, just step out into Playa del Carmen and eat your heart out!! The rooms are nothing special but they are clean and very comfortable. Everything you need. Lovely turndown service every night.Some of the nicest products, shampoo, conditioner etc. I would purchase the body lotion by the bucket if I could. The absolute gem of this resort is the staff. From the entertainment crew, Melanie, Ana, Marlon, Erik, Andres and the Dj, to the pool staff, Ady, Yessi, Gerardo, Daniel, the lifeguards and everyone else, you make this place special. We won't forget everything you did. Pools are relatively small but never had an issue finding a chair. Pools are also not freezing cold! Looking forward to returning this fall.

A heavenly place for Adults !!
Since we arrived until the end we have a outstanding vacation, this is not the typical “adults party seen “ we love the coolness and slickness of the place
