One night stay.
We stayed here for only 1 night before heading onto Disney property and it was great for what we needed. When you walk in, the lobby is gorgeous and light with a lovely scent. Check in was quick and easy with friendly reception staff whom explained everything such as security deposit, where the elevator was etc. We didn't use the onsite shopping, gym, pool etc so cannot comment on them but they looked good enough. We enjoyed the short walk down to plenty of restaurants such as the IHOP next door, others within walking distance were millers, olive garden, dennys, burger king, kobe etc so plenty to do. Disney Springs was about a 30 minute walk also. So this hotel was a fantastic location! The only thing that knocked a star off the review was although the rooms were really big and spacious, they air conditioning and the in room refrigerator were SO noisy, i struggled to sleep, even after travelling for 10 hours. And the brightness of the lobby disappears as soon as you get to the floors with rooms, the corridors are quite dark and have a bit of a musty odour to them. All in all, very reasonably priced hotel and would probably stay here again for 1 or 2 nights max if needed.

Day one first impression
We’re currently staying at the hotel and wanted to share our first impressions after day one. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly and cheerful front desk staff member. She was extremely helpful, assisting us in connecting to the complimentary Wi-Fi and providing useful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The moment we walked into the lobby, we were struck by the incredible fragrance—it smells amazing! That same wonderful scent was also in our room, which was spacious, spotless, and very tidy. We had a great night’s sleep; the bed was incredibly comfortable. We took a 20-minute walk to Disney Springs, which was very convenient, and found plenty of food options and shops within walking distance. The pool area is fantastic, with lots of available sunbeds for relaxing. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our first day here.

Gym is bad.
Gym absolutely sucks. I wish it were better. There is nothing you can do here. Avoid this hotel if staying for longer than a night and you need too. The pool is a redemption, but the gym is the worst. The worst. The absolute worst. I cannot say worse things about the gym here.

Discrimination
This is a bad experience without a doubt. I tried to stay today once again and I was discriminated against for not speaking perfect English without a doubt it is not a hotel to visit. I arrived at the facilities and there were two receptionists who from the beginning were rude and unfunny. In fact, this is not a good place.
