Needs a little attention
Mixed feelings about this hotel. Decent room, the pantry is not much to talk about, great location - near Disney Springs. However, there was only one elevator - and no appearance of anything being done about the broken one (i.e., a note saying that service has been called, an apology, an approximate date when the second elevator would be fixed. etc.). As such, I took the stair for most of my outings - and the exit on the first floor is outside into the rain. Could easily score higher, but this property needs some maintenance attention.

Good location Excellent service
The best part of this hotel is the staff. Franklin and Lucy made our stay wonderful. We had a hiccup at check in and they worked diligently to fix it. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location for Disney. The rooms are adequate for park going. We have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again. Thanks, The Wells family

One time stay for me only
Dated and room not clean. Staff was friendly. Close to Disney attractions. Would not stay here again. I was really surprised at all the good reviews. Maybe other rooms were better but the one I stayed in was concerning. Lobby was nice. Close to restaurants

Good for Disney trip
Selected this place because of Bonvoy status and hotel price offering. Spent couple of days there. Easy to find on the way to the hotel and easy to navigate when you go to Disney World. There are few restaurants and groceries nearby. Room is big enough as well as bathroom. Nothing special to say about. Usually Marriott hotels give us a free parking and upgrade because of status. Not this hotel. So, no credit for your loyalty. You get an access to dedicated snack bar, however it looks more like a joke. Good value for price though.

Price confusion
The $60 hold is posted nowhere so that’s a huge issue. I also have an issue with the parking and how the receipt is given. My receipt says that I am charged $47.93 but then it says I have a credit of the same amount with a balance if $0. Why then am I being charged? A credit and zero balance mean I owe nothing. If I owe then there wouldn’t be a credit. I tried to call and the manager tried to argue with me and talked to me as if I was dumb. She said she was the manager anyway. I was excited about this hotel and happy to return. That won’t be happening now. Respect is everything to me and so does your word. The disrespect trumps everything else.
