    Awesome place

    Great atmosphere. Super cute hotel! Mojitos at Tropicado are really good! They have salsa nights Fridays & Saturdays & lots of locals hang out. Emma was our bartender! Very nice & knowledgeable on the mojito tastings with the Pilar rum.

    Perfect Location

    The La Concha hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of most of the Key West attractions. The hotel has an upscale feel that is reflected in the quality of the decor in both the rooms and the common areas. The hotel is kept very clean. There was a daily ritual of staff cleaning and dusting the entire hotel including all the book and display shelves that have books and various decor on them. The breakfast menu was varied and of good quality, although a bit pricey. Service at breakfast was a function of the wait staff that you had. Mela was excellent. We had two very negative experiences with Gigi. Gigi did not get our order correct on the two days that she waited on us which she didn't take responsibility for and also on one day didn't bring us everything we ordered. She didn't take responsibility for doing that either. She also got our bill incorrect on one day. We addressed these issues on both days with the restaurant manager on duty. She did address our concerns; however, I would describe her customer service as lukewarm at best. Because of the experience at breakfast, I lowered our experience rating from Excellent to Very Good. Bottom line, La Concha Key West is an excellent choice when staying in Key West, despite our negative experiences during breakfast.

    The Perfect Blend of History, Luxury, and Key West Energy

    I recently stayed at The Concha Hotel in Key West for my dad’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location on Duval Street is unbeatable , you’re steps away from a myriad of restaurants, bars, shops, and iconic Key West spots. It truly doesn’t get more convenient than this. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. You can feel the history in the architecture and atmosphere, yet everything is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and upscale. I want to give special credit to Jenn Robino, who went above and beyond to make my dad’s birthday memorable. Her attention, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference in our stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Concha Hotel. Between the location, the historic feel, and the exceptional service, I’ll definitely be back.
