Great hotel!
I had the most delightful time at this hotel near Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The convenience of the location was only surpassed by the warm hospitality of Mary and Steve. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly special. The magic of Disney combined with such wonderful hosts made for an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend!

We love it !
This is our second time staying & we came back for a reason! We love this hotel. Amazing service by the staff especially Mary & Bluey! Our favorite part is the TV by the pool such a cool feature. The room is always exceptional. And then it’s just a huge bonus that’s there’s a Starbucks in the hotel! 10/10 everytime.

Never again
It was the worst experience in an hotel I had in recent years. Initially I was charged a deposit of 500 usd per room as soon I arrived and they told several times it will dissapear at soon my vacation ended. The charge never disappeared and the hotel said they never charged even that my credit card statement said they charged. Several international calls to the the hotel so they fix it ( that I had to pay of course), escalations to the manager, emails, etc and at the end they told me to fix with my bank and they just provided a letter ( (that I had to request several times even having to hear that they were busy and because of that the letter was delayed) that I didn’t spend that money. So after almost 3 months of fighting with my bank the charge was reversed but they told me it is completely unusual and the hotel should have reverse it. Besides that try to overcharge, you can almost oversee the other issues. Refrigerator was not working and after reporting the day after arrival, like in the middle of the vacation they fixed it. Some packages were delivered to me at the reception lobby and I had to go almost every day because the employees tell me nothing has arrived but the issue was that they didn’t look properly. As well almost every time I went to the lobby they were like trying not to help giving excuses like trying not to be helpful. My recommendation is go somewhere else there are plenty of hotels in that area that offer you a better service and almost at the same price. You don’t want a surprise when you get back home.

Excellent customer service from Jennifer Vazquez!
My husband and I went on a staycation and decided to stay here for two days. The stay was pleasant. The food was delicious! We tried the pizza and wings. We also loved the Starbucks on property for breakfast. We checked out on Tuesday and had an issue with the Groupon we purchased. We were accidentally charged twice and were told we would be refunded, but weren't. Long story short, I called today to attempt to receive a refund from the hotel and Jennifer Vazques attended to my needs. She got right on it and escalated the issue to her supervisors. That's not all, she told me she recognized my name and asked if I had lost anything. Sure enough, I could not find my wallet which contained credit cards and social security cards. I was so nervous I had lost it, but thanks to Jennifer who explained they are mot allowed to reach out to customers due to hotel policy, we were able to sort something out. She promised that if I purchased the label, she would return my wallet safe and sound. What a personable, friendly, helpful agent. Thank you, Jennifer! Good luck.

Parking fees, poor shuttle schedule, and linen causing a rash
This hotel is difficult to rate and describe as there were things we like and things we hated. Pros: close to Disney, great pool/game area for the kids, comfortable beds, spacious room, and reasonably priced. Negatives: Parking fees, shuttle service that is a JOKE, trash and laundry piled in hallways by staff all times of day and night, locks on entrance doors broken, mold seeping through wall paper, rusted sprinkler heads, and something in the bed gave my child a rash that made her face swell and turn red. I felt the severity of the cons outweighed the pros and the hotel earned the rating it was given.
