We had a great and comfortable stay at the hotel. Jose was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with getting our room and making the process smooth and easy. The room itself was clean and cozy, ensuring a relaxing experience. The breakfast spread was also impressive with a nice variety of options to choose from, making for a great start to the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the excellent service from Jose really stood out!

Sep 23, 2024Beware of Hidden Fees
I have to say the room was beautiful, however that is not enough to make anyone want to stay here. They charged a "Resort Fee". No mention of this when the reservation was made. This property is NOT a resort. It's a motel with two pools. My adult daughter and I only saw one of the pools, and there was green algae on the pool floor. They also charge to park your vehicle - again, no mention of this when the reservation was made. Bringing these matters to management gave no resolution.

Average place to lay your head
My 5yo daughter and I stayed 2 nights to visit a Disney Park. I want to mention that Jose checked us in and was wonderful and accomodating our entire trip. He was friendly and professional. He is the reason I gave as many stars as I did. Friday night there were no towels at the pool. I thought it had just been a busy pool day and it was late. We went again on Sun morning and there were still no towels. It is a nice pool and even offers cabana rental but no towels? Even though our room could sleep 4, there were only 2 bath towels so we had to choose between using the towels for showering or swimming. I honestly didn't even know there was a restaurant because it's so tucked away. I only saw it because I was standing at the Starbucks counter. We missed the buffet on Sat but went on Sun. The bacon tray was empty almost the entire time we were there. The half and half container was empty the entire time. There is a Nespresso machine to get cofee. Not the fancy contraption you might be picturing. Why? Because there is Starbucks out front? My coffee came out weak with what I guessed was grounds floating in it. I didn't even take a sip of it. The meal was disappointing especially after letting my 5yo have a food free for all at the park the day before. All that said, the room was clean and comfortable. My daughter was so excited to use the pool and it was a refreshing temperature! The shuttle schedule and pick up was a little nerve wracking with a young kid but we got through it. I do have to thank the housekeeping attendant (?) who graciously told us not to worry about the mess when my daughter tripped and spilled every last kernel of her popcorn bucket all over the hallway. It was an average stay. Next time I'll try another Marriott location - maybe Jose will be there!!

Great Customer Service!
We had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, and was assisted by Jose at the Customer Service Desk. He was extremely helpful with all our needs during our stay; and always received Great Customer Service!! We Appreciated his help!! Thank you Jose!!

Jose was very helpful with getting us checked in early. The place was clean and nice. Had a cool pool area with a tv. Gym was decent enough to get the job done. Great location being close to Disney springs and the parks. Had a bus that picks up in the morning to get to the parks.
