Great location
My daughter and I stayed here for my birthday trip this past March before we caught our cruise. I booked a room with a city view(attached is a picture of my room for reference). This hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops so there was no need to call an Uber or take any form of transportation aside from going to the cruise port which is 7 minutes away from the hotel. We stayed in room 317 which is located directly on St. Charles Ave, the room was comfortable with two double beds. The room had a mini refrigerator but no microwave, there was a shared microwave down the hall. The remote control did not work so we called the front desk and was advised that maintenance would bring us a replacement remote. After we waited for what seemed like forever, I went downstairs to the front desk to switch out the remote. I'm a germaphobe and I traveled with my Clorox wipes to wipe off the doorknobs, the toilet seat and inside of the bathtub. Needless to say, the bathtub was dirty which I didn't report it because I received an email from the hotel prior to our arrival that stated that we wouldn't receive any housekeeping during our stay so I kept cleaning the bathtub before we used it. I booked the happiest hour package which included two drinks per night, my drinks were sweet yet strong(just the way I like it) so no complaints there. I would definitely give this hotel another chance in the future but I won't book a room with a city view again.

Beautiful Modern Hotel
We stayed for three nights in August, and loved everything about this hotel! When we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioner managed to keep the summer heat of New Orleans out of the room! It is a two block walk to Bourbon Street, and one block to Canal, so it is convenient to the things most people look for here. It is not a hotel that will make you feel like you are staying in an 1800's inn, but there is so much of that to soak up in New Orleans, I am willing to sacrifice.

A VERY WONDERFUL STAY
My hat is off to the front desk staff n the mornings. I was traveling for a business meeting and was n bad need of a room We this hotel explained our situation to them and the staff was very understanding and very helpful. Including the valet gentleman. We were able to get in a room with no problem and we was still able 2 make our meeting on time. Yes I will officially recommend this hotel. Valet parking is $49.00 plus taxes. They will add it into your room rate and u can pay it all at once. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning my lawd, it works wonders. I was able to sleep like a baby long as the a/c kept blowing the way it was. Thank you so very much courtyard new Orleans. Your right in the middle of everything going on.

Great Stay!
Great location - steps from canal st and short walk to the new CAssad’s casino. Good walking location to the French Quarter. Rooms were pretty nice. I received a complimentary upgrade to a room with balcony on the second floor for being a Gold Bonvoy member. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly One downside was that our A/C in the room was quite loud and the outside noise could get quite loud especially during the weekend. I would highly recommend staying here - the location was great!

Wouldn't recommend it at all!
The hotel charged the deposit, $400 USD, and to this day it has not been refunded to my credit card. I paid for 4 days with breakfast, everyday they asked me to go to the counter and check again because they didn't have register. The room they gave me had water coming out the wooden floor. Personel were rude. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
