    We had the best time in NOLA THIS HOTEL GAVE US EASY ACCess to everything. The street car, the French quarter,the WW 2 museum, and canel street. It was a great location. We had a corner room that looked out on the street. It was quiet at night with no noise from the street.

    This hotel is on the nice end

    I am a bonvoy member. My review is on my stay, so far, in this hotel. Honestly, the hotel is nice. Not luxury. Nice and convenient. I had a balcony room. There's a garbage can on the balcony. The staff are top notch! Ericka the housekeeper, will be at your service. Ronesha, is a gem when you were promised a service, and didn't get it. Both ladies, made my trip to New Orleans AMAZING!

    Natalie is racist

    We had a horrific “bait and switch” experience with Natalie Trosclear…(manager of the hotel) Bought a luxury balcony suite on the parade route for about $2k/night… we check in after waiting for hours and it is a pathetic room with no view at all… Natalie said we would have to pay $2800 night to get the room we originally booked… We did not want anything to do with her so we went to another hotel. Horrible experience

    Our 1st Night in NOLA....

    The view was magnificent from the City View. Room was amazing as I was able to get an upgrade as a Titanium Elite Marriot Member. Front desk was helpful and accommated any requests that I had. We came late at night/after midnight and right after the Mardi Gras parade. It was very difficult to get a taxi and/or drive your vehicle to the hotel. Recommend you plan ahead to figure out how to get to the hotel before the parade or just plan to be paitent and to walk your luggage...btwn .5 miles to .1 mile. The best part that we loved was the M Club! The services were heavenly and they provided a grill to order for breakfast. We stayed the following week at the JW and hands down, JW members club CANNOT compete with the Courtyard Marriot M club.

    Deceitful in New Orleans

    I booked a room overlooking the parade route for Mardi Gras. Upon check in which took four hours when I was told it would be a couple minutes, I found the room was not overlooking the parade route. The upcharge for balcony rooms was significant so I went back to the front desk to ask for the correct room. I was told a balcony room would only be available one night of the stay even though I had paid significantly more than the average rate for the balcony room. The general manager was extremely rude and basically said too bad. I would not recommend this hotel any under circumstances.
