Convenient, Adequate
This hotel is at the airport and you can take a shuttle to and from, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is barebones, but that is all we needed, as we arrived at midnight on an international flight. The bed was comfortable and the pillows better than expected. The noise from the airport was less than expected. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great Staff!
Marlee annd Michelle W. were incredible. Helped me tremendously during a very busy stretch of business trips! I couldn't be more complimentary of the level of service I received during my stay. Five stars!

Great Service from Eric
We stayed at the hotel overnight to connect with our outbound flight the next day. Eric found us the perfect room after a few issues with the original space. (His coworker refused to help and claimed there were no other room available.) He made sure the room was great by coming up with us personally. Later, he made a great dinner recommendation that hit the spot! We are so grateful to Eric for this help - he truly went above and beyond. We stayed December 26. Thank you Eric for all of your support. Yours, N and D

Day Use Room
I booked this hotel on Dayuse.com for use with a long layover at LAX before an international flight. Checkin was easy and quick and the room was just what I needed for a 10 hour layover. The hotel is near the airport and has an airport shuttle (even though it doesn’t list it in their website). Unfortunately, due to the horrible LAX traffic, getting the shuttle may take some doing. Getting an Uber/Lyft from the airport to the hotel requires taking an airport bus to the Uber/Lyft lot and then waiting for someone to pick up your ride. Returning to the airport was easier with the shuttle, but required the driver to let us out about a 2 minute walk from the TBIT due to traffic. The small bistro in the lobby has a limited menu, but good food. There are also other hotels within walking distance where you can eat. If your goal is to be close to LAX, you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Poor management
First let me say that there’s a security guard and housekeeper manager at this hotel who were phenomenal- they should actually be running this hotel. Now, the reason for the 1-star, fairly minor but started on my arrival when I was waiting in the “Bonvoy Elite” line since I’m Marriott Titanium Elite - as they worked through the queue of the non Elite line (including checking in 3 people who arrived after me), they finally decided to check me in. The real issue we had related to the two constantly barking dogs in the next room (207). After multiple calls to the front desk, multiple chat messages via the bonvoy app and multiple visits to the front desk (by me and several others in room nearby) over the course of 2-hours, the front desk starting ignoring all of us and doing nothing about the constantly barking dogs. Finally, the housekeeping manager and security guard started trying to do something about it - Of course the inept management stopped them but I give them an “A” for leadership and effort. They also took the initiative to get me moved into a new room. Hate to see how those who don’t have my status might be treated. Pretty pathetic. Of course, not sure what kind of person leaves two barking dogs alone in a room for hours.
