Amazing stay, 100% recommended!
The Hotel is Beautiful, clean, and full renovated, the pool is amazing, you can stay there all day having fun without problem… The food is delicious. All the staff is kind and happy to help you anytime. The location is amazing, walking distance to restaurants, bars, gelato, flea market and beach! They have a car that goes to the beach all day, and there is a spot at the beach where they have chairs and towels! I definitely recommend to stay at The Mill Resort Aruba 100%

Loved the Mill Resort! Keep improving property
Clean, friendly and professional. Really loved the pool and proximity to restaurants and shopping. Will recommend to friends and family. We stayed at the end of March/first of April and it was not crowded. Only suggestion would be to clean up the area around the hotel. We thought the mill restaurant (Diana's pancakes) was closed because it appeared to be disheveled and worn down in that section. We were told it was open but because of the outside presentation it did not appeal as a satisfying place to eat. The back patio area of our hotel was also not as pleasant as one would expect based on the beautiful pool area and room price. We did not open the curtain at all or use patio because of it.

Wonderful week spent at the Mill!!!
This was our 2nd time staying at the Mill. We love it here. Its a small resort but has everything you need right here, bar, swim up bar, restaurant, hot tub, spa services and shopping. The Mill is not on the beach but there is a trolley to take you to the beach, which is just across the street. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment is within walking distance. The only thing I thought the Mill was lacking was entertainment. There was no entertainment while we where there. I would like to mention how wonderful the housekeeping staff was to us, especially Elaine, she went above and beyond to make our stay at the Mill comfortable and amazing. Elaine has worked at the Mill for 13 years and it shows that she really enjoys her job. We really appreciated everything Elaine did for us while we were there.

A great place to stay
Great time (Jan.) to go to Aruba. Weather was around 28 *C but did not find it too hot. There is always a good breeze on the Island. We got a room on the second floor facing the pool and it had a couple palm trees in front to give it a little privacy. We did not get a balcony. At first we thought we would miss it , but actually we did not. The room was spacious with one queen bed, a sitting area, a decent kitchen, and a decent bathroom. The shower door setup made it leak a bit, but we just used a rolled up towel on the floor to create a dam. It's fine. Having a kitchen and a sitting area made it ore spacious and the stay more comfortable. The air conditioning unit does not have an auto shut off but you can manually shut it off. There is a thermostat setting to set the temperature, but we wish it would auto shut off so that it would be quieter when we were sleeping. I would turn it off when we slept but sometimes I would need to turn it on in the middle of the night to cool it down. The pool always looked clean and felt clean. Also because it not a large hotel there was plenty of space around the pool. it did not feel crowded. Always return you pool towels for the towel card at the end of the day to avoid any difficulties. This includes if you borrow the towels at the beach .. return them to the beach hut for the towel card before you head back to the hotel. It is within walking distance to the main strip of Palm Beach hotels and restaurants (about 5 minutes) and i like the fact that I was not on the strip but close enough to it. They have a shuttle to the beach or you can walk (about 7 minutes). The best shuttle driver is name Sandy. She is friendly, makes you laugh and will make great conversation with you. Ask Sandy anything about the island .. places to go , food. Sandy makes a point to learn your name and really makes you feel like a friend. There is also 3 great restaurants just in front of the hotel ... you will see a large mill when you arrive .. just walk over and enjoy.

Not to Marriott standards
I stay one night to celebrate my birthday, I had mentioned at the booking and nothing was done not even a card as knowledge of it. In general was good but when we want to watch tv around 10pm tv wasn’t working, the maintenance person came try and nothing. the solution was to move to another room at almost 11pm, were for only want night we were tired so we didn’t wanna move pack things and go to another room. I have mentioned to the staff that nigh and the morning after and not apologize not what can we do to make it better. I work in a hotel were we get Marriott member and spg members so I know what are the standards for Marriott and this place still need to get up today with that. In overall was a nice stay. I’m been working for a bit over that 10 years in service, tourism industry and you should always make guest feel welcome and appreciated specially after all this pandemic situation. Pool was nice, room clean, near to the beach and high rise hotel. I will recommend because is nice and I believe in second chances.
