We had a very nice experience in Courtyard. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay in this hotel.The Starbucks in the Lobby, as well as the GiftShop are also great, pleasant and approachable, especially Josephine who were more than willing to answer all our questions and provide us with assistance.Thank you Josephine for your hospitality and your patience especially a lot of kids were making a mess ,you were still nice and helpful.Definitely coming back 10 out of 10.Highly Recommended

Excellent service
I want to express my deep appreciation for the good advises of Josephine from the GiftShop, We visited just for two days and she advised us what places to see and restaurants to visit,that made the stay unforgettable ,especially for the Birthday package that She made for my daughter,so pretty! My daughter really likes it. Thank you Josephine for your excellent service!You are the best!

Great Hotel at Courtyard Hotel
We stayed here in Courtyard and We absolutely loved the spacious room, which was very comfortable for our family. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful, especially when providing detailed information about nearby restaurants. A special thank you to Josephine for her outstanding assistance and patience in helping us find the right sizes for our T shirts .We truly appreciated her kindness and dedication to making our shopping experience enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and a great experience. We would definitely love to stay here again if we have the opportunity!

A Memorable Family Stay at Courtyard Hotel ❤️ We stayed at Courtyard Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind, attentive, and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained and hygienic. A special thank you to Josephine from the Gift Shop for kindly assisting us with purchasing gifts for my daughter and She also gave me a gift bag ,We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent service. Courtyard Hotel has become a special place filled with beautiful memories for our family. We are already looking forward to staying here again to celebrate my mother's special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our family celebration even more memorable!

Amazing service
We had a great stay here in Courtyard.Had to get some Dramamine for family.Reasonable prices, clean, friendly, and convenient.We met Josephine from GiftShop, She was so cool,super nice ,so kind and friendly .Thank you Josephine for helping us ,We are very impressed with your hospitality,Josephine was amazing...She went above and beyond expectations..
- AdvisoryReservations are no longer required for waterpark and the waterpark and pool hours remain 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.
- AdvisorySurfside Waterpark will be temporarily closed from January 18–28, 2027, to conduct essential maintenance. This work will include a full inspection of the plumbing and pump systems, along with deep cleaning and re-sealing of the concrete decking. During this period, the entire facility—including the hot tub and swimming pool—will remain closed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The waterpark is scheduled to reopen on January 29, 2027. Thank you for your continued support.
