Vacation in Paradise
It was a great experience, The Director of the resort Mr. Daniel Sunderland, was very courteous and went above and beyond to take care of our requests. We were not happy with our first room and was even considering moving to another resort. But he took it to himself and considered all possible care to not only move us to another room but considered all other potential options. He is the one who converted a relatively dissatisfied customer into a very satisfied one. And good thing about the island and something you will feel meeting each and everyone in the resort is the People. They all would like to go extra mile to make things better.

Best wedding/vacation I've ever been to!
My best friend got married at the resort and everything was outstanding! It's really 5 mins from the airport which was super convenient. I highly recommend getting a concierge room (Tess was the best!). There are multiple pools and umbrellas for shade so it doesn't feel crowded, which was awesome. The resort entertainers were phenomenal (we went to country western night and the foam pool party and it was so much fun!) Don't skip the spa services. Best massage I've ever had (ask for Gabina, she's incredible), and Kim at the front desk is very sweet, professional and accommodating. The spa was definitely a highlight! The boutique was also fantastic (I think her name was Leona) I needed jewelry last minute for the rehearsal and the wedding and she took the time to really help me find what I was looking for. I recommend the excursions. We did the sunset cruise, private half day to the sulphur springs/mud baths, waterfall and beach (we were nervous when we first got to the resort because of the amount of seaweed that washes ashore behind the harmony side of the resort, but if you walk down toward the beach by the kid/family side, they do a great job of cleaning it up and you can swim there. That's also where my friends had the ceremony). We also did a snorkeling excursion, if you're lucky you'll get the crew with Mikey and Jayson, they were all great! Keisha, the wedding coordinator, was also excellent. Definitely splurge for the fire dancers if you are planning your wedding there, that performance was extremely impressive and really made the wedding exceptional! I would also recommend using the salon if you are in the wedding because the heat and the ocean breeze will do a number on your hair! We got updos in the salon and everyone's hair was beautiful, especially the bride's! Lastly, of all the restaurants, I personally enjoyed Silk the most, the food and service were superior in my opinion. I would absolutely go again, definitely worth every penny for the unique experiences, memories, good vibes and new friends!

Anniversary holiday
Just returned from a fabulous 9 day holiday at Coconut Bay & Spa resort in St Lucia. Staff were lovely and friendly and the resort had lots to offer...Great food and drinks. Big clean rooms, cleaned daily by friendly staff. Tours were a little pricey but the island has lots to offer.

Great staff elevates an all-inclusive treat!
Beautiful resort and the staff is fantastic. Everyone's fantastic, especially Ed at the beach hut and Gillie, who is the QUEEN of the nightlife and beyond! She even gets up early the next day to lead the hike! Unstoppable.

Bait and switch
So my boyfriend and I booked this trip six months ago and specifically asked to be on the childless side. When we finally arrived at the resort, we were put on the side with children even though the resort was less than halfway full, upon arriving in our room are bedspread had some kind of stain on . it, which I will post a picture of below. It took 4 calls to the front desk and going down there for them to change it. Food in the Buffay is horrible! No air conditioning in there and just fans and all the food is hot even at lunch. The other restaurants were good but you need to make reservations and some are not open some nights so good luck to you! You also can’t make reservations until you get there. The best part was a half-day excursion that we took just hiring a driver to take us around to the other half of the island well worth the money and the excursion people were great! We also got a couples massage and that was very good. Overpriced but that’s what I expect from a resort. Biggest take away that I can tell you is this used to be a club med and that is very obvious. This is also not anything to do with the resort, but there is seaweed literally everywhere and it stinks. They are doing their best to clear it every day, but they are losing the battle.
