We had many questions which I'm sure Som had been asked many times over. She was very helpful and energetic. We now have a better understanding on their tiers and points . And she had a great sense of humor dealing with us. Ask for Som, you won't be disappointed !

Caesars Palace & Seifer McQueen made our birthday trip unforgettable!
Wow! our recent stay at Caesars Palace is truly spectacular, largely thanks to the incredible service from Seifer McQueen at the Hotel Check-In desk! For our birthday celebration, Seifer went above and beyond, upgrading us to a gorgeous suite with a stunning view that made the occasion extra special. The thoughtful gesture of birthday cupcakes from the Caesars staff was the cherry on top. We are so impressed with the entire resort, the atmosphere and the fun slots that kept us playing. We even witnessed someone hit a Grand Jackpot right on the casino floor. Seifer’s professionalism and attentiveness sure did elevate our trip. He’s a superstar and we will be returning. Thank you Seifer and thank you Caesars Palace, for a truly fantastic experience.

I’m writing this currently whilst staying at the casino, it’s a long one so grab a cuppa. Il start with the few good points which consist of nostalgia, beauty and size….. the Casino and hotel are iconic, there is no doubt about that and it’s amazing from the outside to the inside, boasting a huge internal maze of slots, tables, restaurants, shops and bars. The decor of the casino and lobby is brilliant and has that unique Rome/movie feel to it……..however, from the moment me and my partner arrived we’ve had some niggles to say the least, first was at the front of house when checking in, there’s a $700 charge (holding) for any damages, this is returned providing you don’t throw a mosh pit in your room, and I appreciate a deposit in most places is common practice however, we weren’t made aware of the $700 price until checking in which is steep in my opinion. Taking into consideration this is a very large hotel/casino and it takes a good 30-45mins to understand the lay out and where everything is or where to go once you start to venture around, at no point was we offered or advised on the who, what, where and how’s, me and my wife worked this out for ourselves through exploration (which wasn’t too bad) but for the less adventurous would be a nightmare to know where to go or what to do, there are maps located around but can be easily missed and they do sign post where to go but unless you are a connoisseur of casinos and casino layout's you can easily miss or miss read these. 2 out of 5 for first impressions and checking in. Swiftly moving on, once checked in we arrived at our room in the Julius tower, dated and underwhelming is an understatement, for a hotel as well known as this I expected more, I’ve stayed in better furnished camper vans. The room was an ok size however, not very clean, although beds made and fresh towels supplied….dust was an issue with the bed side tables looking like Tony Montana's office table, the carpet was screwed up and stained, walls dated and furniture dated, again underwhelming, but we looked at the situation of the room as a place to rest when needed, sleep and freshen up so looked past most of it. 2 out of 5 for the room. Whilst gambling, one of the many reasons for the experience, we noticed a lack of service from the drinks staff that roam the casino floors, between myself and wife pumping in 100’s of dollars across the Casino at various Slot machines at no point was a drink offered or staff offering drinks observed, it was very disappointing and to be honest, very off putting of the experience, we have stopped gambling as a result and have chosen to spend the money elsewhere at the outlets and restaurants outside of the casino. 2 out of 5 for the overall experience. Although we are still currently here and no doubt there will be some discrepancy when we go to check out in a few days time, the overall experience of the hotel remains at a 2 out of 5 for me and my wife. Without trying to put anyone off or sound like a complete tool, vegas on the whole has been brilliant so far and it’s definitely an experience you should encounter at some point in your life, it’s an adult Disney world and full of crazy extreme casinos and shops, lots to see and a fair amount to keep you busy and definitely a lot of steps bring comfy foot wear.

Dismal and Disappointing
The lack of service was astonishing considering that it is Caesars Place. The Augusta Tower is showing signs of negligence. The unavailability a d unwillingness of staff to be of assistance made this a dismal experience.
