Dirty/ Nasty Rooms
I would never ever stay at this hotel again!! Worst experience I've had in a hotel in years and with this being the Caesars I surely thought it would be a great experience but oh no the receptionist had a nasty attitude when we were checking in and the rooms were soooo nasty and dirty it was making my flesh crawl!! I stayed in that room no longer than 30 min and I told my husband we're getting the he'll out of here!! The hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms and reception are dirty!!

Mediocre (and pricey too)
All-in-all -- a mediocre hotel that charges its guests like it was a premium experience. Caesars Palace Las Vegas has clearly positioned itself at a specific point on the spectrum of Strip hotels, as the party venue for guests who don't know better, and discerning guests are suffering The Hangover. First, the room. Just bland. Our king bed was good, but the towels and the bath products were not. The wifi was good but the additional charge for more than two devices was not. The mini-bar is absurd. Charges to even remove an item (OK), charges to use the mini-bar for anything personal (a big "thumbs down") and the only cups in the room to use to consume the over-priced items in the mini-bar were paper coffee cups (you must be joking). Second, the service. Taken as a whole, the service staff have been trained to be very pleasant but by-and-large are either ineffectual or overwhelmed by the crowd size. The check-in was slow (even at midnight). The bell staff tried hard, but the rules about who can do what to assist guests with luggage made the process of arriving and departing much slower than it should have been. The housekeeping service was uneven. How could the housekeeper not replenish the paper coffee cups or the bath products? The automated telephone service makes it hard to get hold of a human being quickly to solve any problem with the room. Third, the casual restaurants. Breakfast every day was simply chaos. The casual breakfast places were defeated by the crowds -- four breakfasts, four different locations but a constant 20 to 30 minutes to get food and coffee. The food quality, though, was good once delivered, although over-priced. The food from the various restaurants that delivered lunch to the pool area was also decent but over-priced. We did not do the big Sunday buffet or eat dinner at any of the restaurants. Fourth, the casino (excluding the slot machines). A strangely uninviting location and ambience. Given the location of the casino and the shape of the space, there may be nothing that can be done about it. Fifth, the gym was OK. Not a wide range of equipment, but serviceable. So far, mediocre and over-priced is the theme. Now I get to the pool. Based on reviews, and knowing our group would be going at a very busy time, we splurged on booking seating at the Venus pool. That was excellent. The Venus pool was not crowded (and certainly much less crowded that the two main pools), and the service around the Venus pool was very good, particularly for a large and thirsty group. Yes, to book pool space was expensive; yes, the costs for the drinks from the Venus pool bar were ridiculous; but the Venus pool was the only time our group felt we were staying in a place worthy of the name Caesar.

Truly felt appreciated
Such nice staff! We loved Lew dealing at the tables! We were greeted and wished well by all staff we had an opportunity to cross paths with. The service was prompt and polite and the staff in high limit was super nice! This was my best visit to CP yet!

Poor customer service!
The room we booked weeks in advance was given away to someone else even though we arrived on time for check in. The rooms are very dated but clean. The pools were ice cold and not all were open. We stayed last week of May and rented a daybed. Our daybed offered no umbrella or way to shade yourself if you need a break from the sun. When you would call customer service they would transfer your call and wouldn’t know what you were talking about. I don’t believe customer service is based in the hotel. Overall poor service and not impressed with hotel. Will never stay there again.
