Nov 02, 2026Cadillac Hotel - Miami - November 2026?
We scheduled this trip through a third party app , Delta Vacation. We were not aware the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, for which none of the amenities were available, except for beach access and service . The room was worn out with scratched furniture and rust in the bathroom. The location is excellent. Mid beach is a short cab ride from south beach . The overall atmosphere was mostly limited by the renovation project . The noise level was moderate. The rooms were clean , and the service was good . Given the ongoing renovation, I think this hotel value is to be grossly overpriced for what they offer . I am sure when the renovations will be completed, it has the potential to be an excellent stay .

Hotel needs to be more clear on the extent and impact of the renovations.
The hotel needs to be more open with their guests. Ahead of arrival we weren't told about not having access to any pools nor that we would not be able to have the room we booked. The alternative pool arrangements with other hotels were not available but we were only told this at the front desk on arrival. Also, the larger room that we booked was in the left hand tower which was closed due to the reservations, so we were put in a smaller room to that booked. Again we weren't told. We left after one night.

Everything is being renovated!! No pools no restuarants open. Do not book until 2027 Ovetpriced anyway

In Miami for work but wanted a little fun too. Although the lobby was under construction the staff hospitality made it unnoticeable. Beach club is awesome with complementary chairs and umbrellas. Arian was a pleasant host and server. Will definitely come back for a longer stay.

- AdvisoryCadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Miami Beach is renovating to improve guest spaces and amenities. Work includes the two pools, outdoor dining areas, meeting spaces, lobby bar, and front desk. The pools are closed, and the front desk has moved to the Guest Service Desk. Construction may cause some noise and visible work, but disruption will be minimized. Beach services, Donna Mare Restaurant, and room service remain available. Renovations are expected to finish by November 30, 2026.
