Great Stay
Great hotel in a good location to the parks. Trans port to the Disney parks was really good with varied shuttle times and easy to book at front desk. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and communal areas very nice. Complimentary breakfast was a great addition with a varied choice of eggs, pancakes, bacon etc each day. Breakfast room was busy at weekend but always found seating. Lots of good restaurants in easy driving distance and not too far to Disney Springs and Lake Buena Vista outlets just down the road. Requested a high floor at the back of the hotel which does overlook an electricity station but you can see the Disney fireworks each night. Staff were lovely from the cleaners to front desk going out of their way to help. Been to Florida many times and would definitely return to this hotel.

A great base for Disney. Loud in the morning if using pull out!
The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff wonderful. A great location for the Disney parks and everything we need as a ‘base’ for our Disney trip. Only issue we have had is waking early due to noise from the internal doors. The doors are heavy and shut with a loud bang. With people getting up early to hit parks then each morning I’ve been woken early by the thud of internal doors opening and closing. If you’re sleeping in the main bedroom then it won’t be an issue but if you’re using the pull out then expect to be woken early. Hotel would really benefit from fitting some soft close mechanisms to room doors.

A warm welcome
A lovely warm welcome on arrival continued for the full two weeks. All the staff were very friendly and a pleasure to see each day. The rooms were a decent size, clean and comfortable. We were in 711 which was close to the elevator and you could hear the elevator moving, but it was never enough to disturb us, even in the quiet of the night. Each room has a safe, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and iron/iron board. Plenty of toiletries each day and fresh bedding every three days (more often if you want it). There is also a very good pizza take away in the lobby with pizzas bein* made fresh in around 15 minutes. The free breakfast is basic but perfectly ok. Cereal, limited fruit, hot and cold drinks, pastry, bread etc. There is also a made to order egg bar. The only down side is that the hot food (gas, potatoes and meat) cools off quickly, probably due to the air conditioning. The pool is relaxing and good for a short swim or to splash about in and for the kids to play. Also a small hot tub and plenty of seats and towels. The location is ideal for the main attractions, 10 min to Disney, 15 min to Seaworld and 20 min to Universal. We really enjoyed this hotel and it will be our first choice when we visit again in a couple of years. Very recommended.

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
Our room (241) was infested with bed bugs, which resulted in all five of us being bitten repeatedly. So, we made a complaint and they moved us to another room, saying they would conduct an inspection. But get this - they didn't even allow us to take out our clothes! The next day, they claimed that the inspection was negative, and we were allowed back in. But guess what? Nothing had changed! The beds were in the same position, and nothing had been moved or cleaned. When we confronted the cleaning staff, they confirmed that no one had entered the room at all. Can you believe the nerve of these people? It was all a blatant lie! I am extremely disappointed with the way your hotel has handled this situation. We should not have to pay for a room that was infested with bed bugs and caused us physical harm. It is unacceptable that a hotel of your reputation would have such a significant problem with bed bugs. It is evident that your rooms are not being properly cleaned and maintained. I contacted multiple times and no one contacted me, it's a shame.
