My phone charger quit working late at night. The ladies at the front desk helped me so much, finding a charger to fit my phone and taking time to help me. I was so appreciative of their efforts. Also the ladies at the buffet were so friendly and pleasant! I will definitely give them my business again. Highly recommend this Hotel. The employees that helped me were Beverly, Mia, Aiyesha. Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience!!!
The room was very clean, the staff at breakfast were so friendly and kept the food well stocked even though the hotel was crowded. The check in was great and again staff was wonderful. We already booked for another stay in June.

A very pleasant stay at BVS
BVS is a lovely hotel that I would happily return to. The staff offered excellent customer service, a special mention for Georgie on Reception and Tamee at Breakfast, who were extremely pleasant. The rooms offered everything we needed and we had no issues at all. Cleaned to a high standard. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast. There was not much of a rotation of the foods offered so it was a little repetitive but the quality of the food was good and it was constantly restocked so always fresh. Having use of the sister hotel next door was beneficial, there is a very nice pool area and a Starbucks in the lobby. The atmosphere of both hotels was welcoming. We had seen several reviews complaining about the noise of the roads outside but this is not something we had any issues with. I used the running trails and local roads to run very early every morning and felt extremely safe. Security carried out regular patrols and the grounds were well kept. Overall we had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Good hotel. Situated well. Made better by use of sister hotel. Situated at a very busy intersection which is really noisy at night. Boys racers screaming away from the lights at 3am. Request a room at the back so you can watch the fireworks from your room. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable. The staff are excellent. Shout out to Georgie (front desk) and Tammy (breakfast). The pool is nice, heated and quieter than the sister hotel next door which, although a fabulous pool area, bangs out the same loud music on a loop. The food at the BVS is limited with the same basic breakfast daily. It has a small pizzeria and a self serve basic store. No bar or restaurant. There are great eateries, again, at the Collonade next door. Easy, free parking too.

A really lovely hotel, this is our second visit choosing to stay here.
This is a lovely hotel. Superb location, good suites with excellent linens and towels, and everywhere is spotlessly clean at all times plus the staff are so nice. A good tip is to use the little road at the back of the hotel which gives direct access in the direction of Vineland, the I4 and Disney via Hotel Plaza Boulevard without facing the complex junction just outside the hotel. The guest laundry is excellent and easy to use with a credit card so no asking for stacks of quarters at reception like years ago. We don’t see which maid we get each day, but always tip, and the room is always perfectly refreshed and everything reset, linens, towels, toiletries and items in the kitchenette all renewed. We’re very tidy but I’ve seen the mess in other suites when the door was open so the maids do an awesome job. Special mention to Tamee in the excellent breakfast room, who works so hard but also finds time to chat and make guests feel comfortable. When you see the mess some thoughtless guests leave on and around the tables she has such a tough job but is always so positive and friendly with guests, and she clears tables fast wherever she goes.
