I had really great stay. Whenever I am back in Orlando area, I would stay here. Close to all disney parks and also from Orlando Airport. Great value for the price, very clean rooms, great staff and overall services. I wish I had time to use warm and general pool as it seems clean. Warm breakfast was great to start a long day at disney park. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the room services team made our bed every day so whenever we came back from a long day at disney park, it was wonderful to see a bed made for you everyday.

Oct 18, 2026⭐ Terrible Check-In Experience — Completely Humiliated
I have never felt so humiliated during a hotel check-in. We arrived at Buena Vista Suites around 11 p.m., soaking wet from the rain and exhausted after celebrating my youngest son’s birthday. All he wanted was to go to bed. Our reservation was under my married name, but my license still has my maiden name. The manager, Carly Barnard, refused to check us in, even after my husband presented his ID showing the correct last name. My phone had gotten wet and stopped working, so I couldn’t access my confirmation email. I ended up standing in the middle of the hotel lobby using a hair dryer Carly provided, desperately trying to get my phone working. It was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating. After more than an hour, we were finally allowed to check in. I understand hotels have policies, but compassion, professionalism, and basic customer service should matter too. What should have been a wonderful birthday weekend started with an experience I won’t forget. Extremely disappointed.

Definitely recommend to families
Great experience at Buena Vista Suites. Check in was quick, house keeping staff were wonderful. The hotel is very clean. It was also quiet even though busy with couples and families. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of foods. Tamee at the buffet is an amazing, sweet lady. I would definitely come back as the location was close to Disney and shopping. Overall an excellent place.

Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommended
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommended Location The hotel is located next to a busy junction and main road. We had a front-facing room, so there was some traffic noise, particularly at busy times. However, this did not spoil our stay. Atmosphere & Staff The hotel was extremely clean throughout. All of the staff, from Reception and Housekeeping to the Breakfast team, were consistently pleasant, helpful and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our Room We stayed in an accessible room, which was very well laid out. The bathroom had good handrails and was easy to use, which was particularly important for us. The room was cleaned every day and was always kept to a very high standard. Value for Money We booked the hotel through British Airways Holidays. Although the price was roughly the same as the sister hotel, Caribe Royale next door, we felt this hotel offered particularly good value because a buffet breakfast was included in our stay. Overall We have to say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We have also stayed at the sister hotel, Caribe Royale, next door, and both hotels are excellent. The cleanliness, friendly staff, accessible facilities and included breakfast made this a fantastic choice for our stay. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent Stay and Amazing Staff!!!!
We just got back from Buena Vista Suites Orlando and had a great experience. First off, the suites are very spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We slept perfectly every night, which was exactly what we needed after long, tiring days at the theme parks.Honestly, every single person on the staff here is excellent. From the moment you walk in, everyone you cross paths with is genuinely welcoming. Allen at the front desk was fantastic when we checked in—he was professional and got us settled into our room quickly and easily.The complimentary breakfast is also a huge plus. The chefs do a wonderful job keeping the food well-prepared, even when the hotel is packed. They work incredibly hard behind the scenes every single morning, and you can really tell they care about providing a high-quality experience for the guests.Out in the dining room, the whole team creates a great atmosphere that sets a positive tone for the morning. Tamee and Irasema are both just absolutely amazing people who go completely out of their way to make you feel right at home. They are always checking in on you with a warm smile, sharing friendly conversation, and keeping a bright presence in the room that completely upgrades your entire morning. Robert is also wonderful, doing a great job out on the floor keeping everything running smoothly, interacting nicely with the guests, and staying perfectly organized and attentive even when the massive weekend rush hits and the room gets packed. Rosa does a fantastic job keeping the buffet completely piled high and beautifully presented so you never have to wait for your favorites, and Anne Marie is just wonderful with how she circles around the tables, having genuine conversations and making sure everyone has absolutely everything they need to start the day.We also had dinner at Bistro Pizza Express right there at the hotel, and it was so good that we actually ended up eating there four times during our trip. It is a casual spot where you order at the counter, wait a bit, and then collect your food. Fritz was absolutely excellent, working as both the chef and the server. Even though there were only two people working the entire place, Fritz managed everything smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. The quality of the food was just excellent—the pizza came out great, and it was honestly impressive to see him handle the kitchen and the counter so well while maintaining such a great attitude.It is a hardworking team all around and they really make you feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!
