I spent a lot of time researching resorts in PUNTA Cana and I’m so glad i chose breathless ! It exceeded my expectations . The wink bar was my favorite and Juan was always a pleasure . The staff in general were friendly and welcoming . The food was better than I expected and they had plenty variety at the buffet for breakfast and lunch . Janna was our Concierge and she helped so much with information and reservations ! She was amazing and communicated with us daily via WhatsApp . It was a short vacation but I enjoyed myself for what it was .

This was our first time to Breathless Punta Cana, but it won’t be our last. It was the perfect mix of quiet and party! The staff at the resort were excellent, but especially Willy, our butler. He was with us from beginning to end and always helped us with whatever we needed.

I would go back again and again!!
It was like being in heaven! I have nothing to complain about and I can be picky!! Excellent service, food, drinks and breathtaking views 24/7. We did vacation club and so affordable!

Amazing care for gluten allergy
I’m someone who never leaves reviews on these sites, but I feel compelled to leave a good review of breathless Punta Cana. It’s by far the bestall-inclusive resort we have been to my wife has a gluten allergy and there were so much there for her to eat, and the food was really goodfor her. They were so accommodating. I found the food to be spectacular. We went on March break, and there were a lot of university students there at start of the week. They kept us up the first night we were there we went to the concierge and after waiting another night, they were able to moveus to another part of the resort they actually upgraded us for free. I’m someone who has never ever asked for an upgrade or complained about room ever, but we found it hard to sleep with the noise from the university students. The resort was amazing to us by Wednesday most of the universitystudents are cleared out if you win another time other than spring break, I imagine it would be really quiet. The beach was spectacular. The service was amazing but best part was the food. I want to give a special shout out to Deury the the concierge who really helped us by getting us a different room

Excellent customer service
Great experience. Lovely property. Catherine at the front desk and Janna our concierge were very helpful in correcting an error made while booking thru Hyatt. We were put in a room that already had a guest occupying it. Then moved to another room. Then the next day upgraded to a suite that was very nice. Customer care was top notch. The resort itself was very nice. The ocean front was meticulous. Sargassum was raked away, so minimum. Afternoons at the main pool were very lively and entertaining. Many places to go if you wanted quieter time. I wish they had a way of keeping people from claiming poolside chairs with towels early in the day. There were signs posted , but people still claimed most of the good chairs by 10. The staff should do something about this. The food options were good. I found the food at the restaurants not as good as I would have liked or expected. The buffet options were plentiful and tasty. Breakfast was also good throughout. Rooms were kept clean. Housekeeping could have been done in a more timely fashion. One day they came to clean at the turn down service. Which we only received on the one day ...it was a busy time I guess Overall a very good and relaxing stay. Would return in spite of the snafus just bc customer service was that good.
