Made my trip to Vegas so comfortable with friendly staff!
So worth the trip! Great staff, great food, comfortable and clean rooms! This is the most beautiful hotel on the strip! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! The next time I fly to Vegas this will be my choice of hotels.
No longer the premier hotel in Vegas
Bellagio used to the the very hotel in Las Vegas. Used to always be very clean with a friendly staff. When you stay there you can tell the employees are not happy to be there. Nobody working there really cares about you or your experience. This might be different for the whales that stay there, but for us normal people they just don't care anymore.
Bellagio, nice but expensive
The check-in process was slow and laborious. The room we were assigned was updated, spacious, clean and well located. There was no coffee provided in the room and the minibar charge for a single, small bottle of water was $13. Everything at the hotel was expensive. While we enjoyed our stay there, I cannot recommend Bellagio to anyone traveling on a budget.
35 years old and was put in a room with a lift over my head to sleep and in the shower. No upgrade to a better room. Unfriendly staff as if I wasn't good enough to have a stay there but spent more money than most. Absolutely horrible. Will never ever go back.
the room was fine: bed comfortable enough, room was clean, decent stock of towels. the tissue box was damp so every time i used one there was a mildew smell. i lifted the cover off of the tissue box and it stuck to the counter because of wetness. i had early check in at 11:20am and requested a fridge for my room. at 2pm i had to call to check on the status. the fridge was delivered while i was out of the room. the fridge unit was not secure inside the wooden case, it kept falling forward every time i opened the door. the room service options were limited and the food was not good. during my stay i ordered a chicken quesadilla (dry) chips salsa and guacamole (pico de gallo was rancid) pepperoni pizza (pepperoni was dry and burnt) shrimp caesar salad (overdressed) cheeseburger (asked for medium, it was well done) and cheesecake with raspberry coulis (barely any coulis). i was also told you do not serve pitchers of ice water so i had to waste several cups of ice water, really silly.
