    Do Not Recommend

While waiting in the lengthy line to check in, we're told to have our IDs and credit cards out - more like waiting in the TSA line than to check in at a luxury hotel. We were "upgraded" to a "strip view" room. Entered the small room on the 8th floor and the view we had from a weirdly small window was of a football field sized parking lot with what looked the strip far, far in the distance. Called to ask if another room was available and after being put on hold for a long while, were told that nothing else was available. So, we took our luggage back down to the front desk, checked out and went to another hotel. Reviewing our credit card bill, they charged us the $56.69 resort credit for two days. Called the hotel and they reversed the charges, but still...

    Great Staff in the Casino

My husband and I go to the Bellagio each year. One of the reasons we go is because of the dealers and supervisors in the casino. One in particular stands out - Ivy Johnson - a table games supervisor. She is without a doubt one of the most outstanding people we have met in the casino. She is friendly and personable and willing to resolve any issue that arises - with a smile on her face. We love her and will return to the Bellagio each year in part because of her!

Unprofessional Front Desk and over rated hotel. Expensive as well. Waited 8 hours to get in my room.

I don’t recommend Bellagio to anyone because over rated Hotel and I have had bad experience from first minute front desk didn’t give my room 8 hours waited. It’s unprofessional

Nice location not nice hotel service

I want to like this hotel, the location is the only reason to stay here. Staff at check in and check out were rude. The wait to check in and out was long and a real joy killer. Pool was great one day. Next day new rules and couldn’t toss a small nerf ball in the corner where there were no other guests. 5 total people in the pool so that was frustrating and Yvette the life guard was snotty about the different rule on different days. Running into the pool was fine for other kids around the pool. Service at prime and sadelles were good but the food was subpar at prime and making a reservation 3 months in advance does nothing to get you a patio table and I wouldn’t bother going if not on patio. Sadelles was a 15 min wait with a reservation.
