Nov 05, 2026Great vaca at the Bahia Sian Ka'an
Just returned from a wonderful week at this resort :) we stayed from Oct 25th to Nov 1st 2026 . I have to say everything ran smoothly except 1 small hiccup we originally started in building 36 but had no cold water . But this issue was fixed very quickly as we got moved to building 26 which was in the main section right across from snack bar 🍸. This was our second stay at this Bahia complex first time since Coba in 2023 . The staff was a perfect hit from the entertainment staff always keeping people entertained if u wished to be ,bar staff super friendly as well always serving with a smile ,awesome maids keeping the rooms nice and tidy restaurant staff and so on just too many names to mention. On a side note My gf and I had a great experience at the spa getting a great massage super worth it The food and drink options absolutely amazing had some great new drinks made up by bartenders. Food so many choices definitely would not go hungry here :) In short we would definitely return again :)

Oct 31, 2026Nice little hide away in a lush setting.
I am here now From Oct24th - Nov3rd, the hotel is nice the staff for the most part are very nice and helpfull, food seems be ok to very good depending on were you eat. I have had one fairly annoying night, Went to bed woke up early in the morning to use the bathroom found the floor covered in Water that was leaking from the ceilng light above me and driping down on my head. Not great! I did contact the front desk and they did send someone up to fix the issue. These things happen some times, Cant fault the staff. They do there best. I have been to the Coba property once before and I did enjoy my stay. Thought this time I would try the Sian Ka'an. Would I return Yes I think so.

Oct 31, 2026Disgusted at lies
This place has absolutely zero customer service ,they dont care about you. They rarely communicate at all , they have taken away almost all the privileges for staying in the adult only Sian Kaan, and given them to other parts of the hotel that are not branded Luxury, so you pay extra for others to receive your benefits .The hotel also sells itself as 24hr all inclusive and this is an absolute outrageous lie.
