Oct 15, 2026Brilliant except for Privilege club.
The hotel is very clean and staff are always polite and friendly. Some of the food was lovely but can get a little bit same stuff everyday in the buffets. The Brazilian was lovely food but I felt service was slow on my table. Privilege club was a massive downer for me, they hound you everytime you walk into or around the reception area. They basically want you to go to a presentation regarding buying holiday time and using it over an amount of weeks. The people in reception although friendly use the ploy that they have families to feed and it would really help if you can go to the meeting, just to help them get their points so they get paid. You are also told that after half an hour you can say its not for you and leave ( they do recompense you with a voucher for going to the presentation). This brings me on to Mr Charles, this gentleman got very aggressive when we turned around and said it wasnt for us, he then got up and stormed off and didnt say another word to us after that. This put a bit of a downer on our experience. I would personally say avoid the privilege club at all costs, the figures really dont add up. Other than that really enjoyed our stay.

This resort is beautiful. Two separate pool areas ,one quiet and one with activities and music. The rooms were impeccably clean and stocked with drinks and snacks. Everything worked and no issues. The maids were excellent and left Swan shaped towels in the room everyday. We didn't use room service but the buffets were amazing,fresh,hot and delicious. Lots of live shows and interactive things for guests to get involved every day.. The concierge staff were on point. The resort is close to attractions if you want wonder about for the day. The beach was super clean and lots of seating for everyone.. NO SEAWEED at all. Special thanks goes out to Vincente for showing us our room. He was amazing in customer care/ Relations. Hopefully he sees this and remembers us. The entire staff was super polite, friendly and courteous. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Can’t wait to go back
I just got home and can’t wait to go back! I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The food was amazing, and the entire staff was exceptionally kind. A special shoutout goes to Wilki from the guest experience team. We had a slight issue with our room type when we first arrived, but Wilki handled it quickly and professionally. He personally checked in on us to ensure everything was right and made the rest of our stay truly special. Highly recommended!

Well deserved change of venue
We've been frequent visitors to Cuba but given the difficulties facing the country we decided to try another location. It was a good choice. Typically this time of year is mosquito season in Cuba so we were hoping this was not the case in Dom Rep. We were not disappointed 7 days of wonderful sunny HOT days and all was amazing. Clean resort , rooms were fantastic and the food was bountiful and excellent tasting.Hallways and common areas were always clean and fresh smelling. Unfortunately my wife was stung by a jelly fish our second day at the beach so we opted to stay at the two pools in the adult area of the resort. Beautiful clean water, served by friendly waitresses and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

This location was beautiful the rooms were perfect (very spacious with a beautiful bathroom, and architecture). With a special employee named Wilki from guest experience! He went above and beyond, he helped me everyday with all of my preparations for my engagement! He went out of his way to make sure my fiancé and I had once in a life time experience that we will remember forever! I am very thankful for everyone here and look forward to returning here once again.
