Great trip to Ava in Cancun! The hotel is approximately 1 kilometer long with 1600 all ocean front rooms. Hector and Manuel were our butlers for the week and ensured we had everything we needed including daily pool cabanas and dinner reservations. The only downside to Ava is the beach; however, beautiful pools stretch the entire length of the hotel. Favorite restaurants were Chez Moi and Bao. It's definitely worth checking out.

AVA is a must see resort!
This was our second trip to Ava and it was amazing! Our butlers AB, Edgar and Paola made our stay stress free with all of their assistance. The food was fantastic at every restaurant that we went to. Some of the staff we would like to recognize are: Roberto at the Market, Jorge and Juan at Butcher, Gabriel at Kita and the best waiter at the resort, Jorge at Veranda!! The pools were warm and enjoyable. Cheers to Armando and Ivonne, pool staff. They were so sweet and attentive. A special thanks to the doorman Juan. We were missing a bag when we were loading to go to the airport and he immediately set out and found it. Also, kuddos to JJ photography. We had family photos on the beach and they are beautiful! The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable! We were sad to leave and cannot wait to return!

Ernesto & Dorian provided very attentive butler service during our stay. The best drinks on the resort can be found at the Cocktail Bar. Ask for José! Tried the new steakhouse, The Butcher. It was excellent with great food and service.

AVA 10/10 stay!
Once again we had a perfect trip to AVA! The staff were all amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay absolutely stress free! The food 10/10! We also enjoyed the show one night. Pools perfect. Room was stunning. The resort is incredible. This is our second time here and already planning our next! But our butler team of Abraham, Edgar, and Paola get 5 stars!!! They were so attentive, always responded so quickly to any of our requests, greeted us daily with a hug and a smile and made sure our stay was flawless!!! They felt like family by the end of our stay. We can't thank them enough for everything they did and look forward to seeing them on our next visit!!!!

Just got back from a 3 night stay at AVA. The property is beautiful and they definitely deliver in their ocean view promise. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. By far one of the best resorts I have been at recently.
