As excelente vacation. The best all inclusive resort of Caribbean I’ve ever been. We were welcome by Tabata Dias, who took care of us during all the time, helping with reservations at the restaurants and giving the tips to enjoy the resort as much as possible. Good food and delicious drinks all the time. I recommend this 5 stars resort!

Fab holiday
Amazing hotel with an incredible spa. I regularly visited the spa during my stay, and it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The amenities at the hotel are incredible, and the pools are fantastic. Truly a dream holiday destination. The staff were also super helpful and went above and beyond. Special shoutout to the receptionist Johanna and also Joel – he was an absolute rockstar with us and helped us make the most of our stay.

Almost no beach, no activities at the beach, no service either. Only one pool for legendary members, the only fun pool is always crowded. No pool for VIP level members, lacking services of other legendary resorts such as champaign or other beverages to the room. Mediocre food

Best butlers at the AVA resort CANCÚN
We had a great time at the AVA. The service was amazing and the resort was very clean and well maintained. A huge shout out to our butlers Tharvin and Rafa for making our stay awesome. Thanks guys and we'll see you next year. You guys rock 👊

Great Resort
Awesome trip to Mexico, we had a great time, our butlers Ariel and Manuel were great making this a trip of a lifetime and taking care of our every need. The food was awesome especially the french restaurant with our waiter Jesus. The room service was always on time and hot, and great tasting too. The beach and pools were clean, I do like more waves though. Great views from everywhere.
