Advisory Elevator Modernization Project - Elevator modernization work will commence on April 22, 2024, and continue through April 30, 2025. Work will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each elevator will take approximately 13 weeks to modernize. Each tower has four elevators, and only one elevator will be out of order at a time. Therefore, throughout this project, there should be three remaining elevators in each tower in operation for use by owners and guests.

    Great hotel for families

    My wife and other family members spent seven nights here. Two rooms in tower two on the 32nd and 33rd floors. Over all it was a pleasant stay. A couple of minor glitches but nothing that ruined our stay. Ashley at the front desk checked all of our group in quickly and efficiently. All of the staff I had contact with were pleasent and professional. The rooms we stayed in are a little worn. Everything is clean and functional. Housekeeping was in daily. The location is great and compared to other places we have stayed in Waikiki the Banyan is very reasonably priced.

    Waikiki Banyon Towers - Option to consider

    The property is older and two blocks back from the beach but provides great economical option. Our unit faced the canal. Although older everything worked, including laundry. Timeshare staff was efficient and we had one housekeeping visit. Murphy bed is outdated but worked! Could use TV updates too. We enjoyed convenient location in

    Not what we expected

    Good size apartment with great views. A little bit further to walk to central Waikiki. Unfortunately the pool and spa were closed for the entire 4 days of our holiday. Plus the water was turned off for 2 days of our holiday. The hallways, pool area and lifts could use a good clean, new carpet and renovation. Good for self catering.

    Loving it. A future come back place for us. Very convenient location 2 blocks to the ocean beach and eating out, shopping, etc. Nice people at the front desk and service team always responsive and helpful. Better than "high end" resorts. Homy and comfortable.
