Stayed here for our anniversary. If you want a CLEAN and convenient place to stay go here!! The beach was only a 3 minute walk from the room we stayed in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shanelle at the front desk was awesome! Give her a raise! We got upgraded into a condo that had a beautiful ocean view. We used the pool a few times when the ocean was a bit too wild for us which was nice not that many people were using it. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Maui

Overall the property is nice and conveniently located near the beach. One of the two pools was down for maintenance, but we understand that happens. The only problem we had was with cleanliness of our room. The glass shower door had obviously broken recently as it was missing and replaced with a temporary curtain. Again, we understand these things happen and it wasn’t a big deal. The problem was there were little bits of glass everywhere. We found glass almost every day, and I ended up cutting myself pretty good on one. We mentioned it to the front desk and the cleaning staff, but everyone just shrugged and said sorry. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff work for the property or the individual condo/property owners so it wasn’t clear if they were responsible or not. Aside from the glass problem, the overall cleanliness of the room was substandard. There was hair and soap on the walls and floor of the shower and sand and dirt all over the floors. I’d probably stay there again. The price was right, and the location is good, but I’d hope they get the cleaning issues sorted out.

Beautiful accomodation
Our vacation at your hotel was the most wonderful stay I have ever been on. The surrounding area was gorgeous, I really liked the garage option. Thank you so much for the suite upgrade, my partner and I enjoyed it. The reception was amazing, they even gave us a little something to celebrate our wedding in Hawaii.

It was mine and my wife's honeymoon. The pillows were very stiff and high, where we requested a different one and was told this type is the only one. The internet was slow and at times not working at all. Our balcony was unusable when the AC is on due to the liquid the machine spews out. Our room had bugs and a salamander upon arrival. The umbrella and chairs provided for the beach were broken.
