    Individually owned condos - that wasn't clear from booking

    Price, I guess depends on supply and demand, I booked this condo for a conference taking place at the Grand Hyatt and unfortunately that hotel and all hotels around were sold out. It wasn't clear from the website that I was renting an individually owned condo (thus I assume experiences can differ). Pros: great location Full kitchen Cons: No centralized air and the individual units in each room were VERY loud. Internet - DID NOT WORK AT ALL - I was here for work so a BIG minus for me. TV - in the bedroom - did not work. For 650 a night + cleaning fee I am expecting A LOT more. Next time I would rather stay 30 minutes away at a hotel and drive. I would not stay again.

    Quiet, comfortable & relaxing. Friendly & helpful staff. But excessive non- transparent condo fees. Good location to the beach & walking paths, close to restaurants & shopping. Great location for a relaxing getaway with your family.

    Awesome Stay....Great Location and Perfect Amenities and Service.. Would be back again!

    We flew in on a Saturday evening and by the time we reached the location it was past 7 pm. The office was closed but they have a concierge phone and a set of lockers below it. Calling the call center gave us the locker combination. They had left us the keys, a map and directions to our unit!! Great beginning we thought! And it was! The one bedroom garden view apartment was large and spacious. Enough for even three or four people. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutlery. There were even two beach chairs you could use!! Poipu beach, one of the sunniest and most beautiful beaches is just a short walk away through the well-manicured pathways. Beautiful! Fantastic location near a whole bunch of restaurants in Poipu and nearby Kaloa. There is even a Farmers Market nearby on Wednesdays with the freshest vegetables you have ever seen anywhere. There were even Pineapples for which there was a line of customers before the Farmers Market opened at 3.30 pm. We enjoyed our stay so much - we highly recommend this place for a stay. We will be back!

    Meets expectations, don’t expect anything more

    Well kept property grounds. Convenient location-close to grocery/eateries, Poipu Beach and Old Town Koloa. Enjoyed seeing the turtles come in for the night and the sunset nearby. I appreciated the complimentary DVD rental on site and expansive cable TV channels. However, if I had the opportunity to ever come back to Kauai, I would stay elsewhere. I guess you can say I got what I paid for. This was what I thought a sweet Costco Travel Deal. But the unit we got was poorly maintained and in desperate need of some TLC. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. Also difficult to put back to a sofa, we had to call the house man to put it back and even he had to use some force. Furniture was not comfortable to sit on. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Obviously no one minds the please take your shoes off sign on the door. The hallway bath leaks, and the master bath posterior shower head plate is hanging off the wall. While having a kitchen was convenient to prep your own meals, it needs some updating-I injured my poor pineapple trying to cut it up with the dull knives, burned my fried rice because the pans are too scratched to use properly, and it would have been helpful to have some basic cooking staples like S&P and cooking oil. Overall-decent stay, it met the basic needs, but fell short of my expectations.

    Paradise

    This is our favorite place to stay of all our travels. We have stayed here 4 times. We enjoy the lovely garden walk to the beach. We went snorkling every day. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance.
