Wonderful stay at Andaz Ottawa
Husband and I stayed at the Andaz Ottawa for the first time. Such an amazing stay. We were gifted a GOH and were kindly upgraded to an Andaz Suite. There was also a bottle of wine and a lovely dessert/treat waiting in the room when we arrived! Service was superb, and the breakfast was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Excellent Hotel in Ottawa
We stayed in a lovely room with a great view in an excellent location within Ottawa. The staff were lovely and understanding, allowing for some minor challenges at the time, such as an adjacent construction site, which did not affect our enjoyment at all.

Stay away, and go to kanata for hotels
Overpriced, and not family friendly location, construction which is expected for Reno’s but very inconvenient and not worth the headache. No parking but can park on street for $42 for 12hours, so double for whole day and do the math for your weekend!!

Family’s first visit to Ottawa
The rooms were so thought out! There was abundant space for suitcases, jackets, and shoes etc. There were also a lot of outlets all over the room so we weren’t all arguing over the same outlets to charge our electrics. This is a huge plus when traveling with teens!! The location of this hotel is SOOO convenient! We walked everyday over to the ByWard market and to the abundance of shopping centers close by!

Construction nearby ongoing but still worth a stay!
We stayed 2 nights to take in the World Juniors hockey tournament. The room (2 queen beds) was perfect for our family of four. Breakfast (restaurant selection) was included plus a delicious evening complimentary glass of wine. Oh! And a selection of complimentary snacks in the room (non-alcoholic, chips + chocolate). A lovely touch! Yes, weekday construction is indeed happening and starts at 7am (enjoy the earplugs!). Parking (garage/covered) is very nearby on York at $10 overnight on the weekend, and $15 weekdays, if you would like to avoid the valet charge. Would stay again!
