    Hi we stayed here last weekend the stay was lovely but we were charged a £40 refundable deposit on arrival which we haven’t received back does anybody know how long this usually takes thanks

    Nice staff, but very uncomfortable stay

    Stayed here recently and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The location is okay—it’s in the city centre so there are things around and it’s easy enough to get to places. The staff were really nice and welcoming, which made a good first impression. Unfortunately, the comfort of the room really let it down. The beds were extremely uncomfortable—very hard, with no real support, and honestly felt like sleeping on cardboard. On top of that, the bed didn’t feel stable at all and seemed to move or shift easily, which made it even harder to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear pretty much everything from other rooms, including conversations and movement, which was quite disruptive, especially at night. Overall, while the staff were lovely, the lack of comfort—especially the beds—means I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Customer Service was perfect, everyone was really polite and accommodating. Subh in particular tended to ALL our needs definitely will be coming again. Only sad thing was the homeless tents parked just opposite of the hotel

    Cons. Homeless camp across street, car park £11 a day, had to swap room as the “upgrade” to a family room just ment you were in a conjoining room with a stranger Pros. They swapped our room when we asked, room was nice, nice bathroom with hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, 5 min walk from arndale centre, two free drinks as we were celebrating a birthday (didn’t redeem as lost voucher in room change). Staff helpful.
