Jan 18, 2025Excellent Hospitality and Great Hotel in Zurich
The Zurich Marriott Hotel goes above and beyond for each guest. I had the pleasure of staying one night in this hotel and wished it could have been much longer. The quality of service provided by each team member was top-notch. Staying in one of their Panorama suites is a must, and no picture can capture the size, comfort, and views you will be getting in this room. The lounge is well-equipped 24/7 and offers a full range of beverages, snacks, and great food options during breakfast. Next time I am in Zurich, I would love to consider visiting the Echo restaurant and enjoying the area. The ZRH airport is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, and it is easy to catch an Uber to/from this hotel. Thanks to Rebecca at the front desk for her assistance during my check-in process. Special thanks to Jessica in the Marriott Lounge for truly going above and beyond and making my stay memorable before leaving to the airport.

Location Location Location
We stayed at the Zurich Marriott hotel twice in 10 days. The staff was absolutely fantastic and amazing. Louis at the front desk did a great job making us feel welcome. We stayed in a renovated room, room was comfortable and clean. Hôtel is in a fantastic location! Just few minutes away from old town zurich. We will definitely come back!

Jan 16, 2025Decent stay experience and would recommend Zurich Marriott Hotel
Stayed in a Superior room in the North Wing for 2 and 1 nights respectively as we had 2 separate bookings. We stored our luggage with the hotel for 3 nights whereby we travelled light to Interlaken in between our 2 stays. The room was modern and clean but a bit cramp for 3 adults with 3 big luggage. The bathroom was pathetically small in size. Our first bathroom came with a walk-in shower which we truly enjoyed the strong water pressure. Our same room type on our second booking however came with a shower in bathtub which we didn’t really like as it was a hassle to climb in and out of the bathtub especially for older people like us with weak knees. The hotel was located in a quieter area about 10 mins walk from Zurich Main Station and about 20 mins walk to the old town. We took a taxi from hotel entrance to the airport that took less than 15 mins and cost CHF 50. Buffet breakfast offered a decent spread of delicious food. Serving staffs were polite and quick in clearing away the used plates. We also dined in their Thai restaurant, White Elephant, which served delicious and authentic Thai food. Overall it was a decent stay except for some confusion on how did the dining credits in our package work as what the Front Office associate had explained and later how the restaurant had handled was totally different. Also experienced discrepancy in billing upon check-out. The dining credits were not deducted from the final bill but good that mistake was rectified on the spot.

Excellent choice
The staff at this location is superb! Francois and the bar staff were incredible, Kenita and the breakfast team was great with recommendations and Cara and the eCHo team made it a wonderful experience! If we ever find ourselves in Zurich again, we will surely stay again. We walked straight from the HB station and were able to walk to everything we wanted to experience straight from the hotel.

Great Staff and Modern Choice for Zurich
This is a very modern and clean hotel with a great staff which creates a genuine sense of comfort and relaxation. Eleana and Franco were great during our check-ins. We stayed at a few other Marriott properties during our Switzerland trip, but this one was easily the top because of the combination of people and property. There are two excellent restaurants on site. We ate at the Thai restaurant and were blown away by the food quality and presentation. The price is very good for this location, which is just a short walk from the Zurich HB train station. It's also just a short walk along the river to a plethora of shops and restaurants. An excellent option in Zurich. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.
