    A True Marriott Experience

    From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and easy. The supper we had in the dining room was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. The sommelier in the dining room was very pleasant & knowledgeable, a true asset!

    Perfect city break stay!

    I came here with my kids and in-laws and it was very well located, a short walk to the Zurich HG station along the river. Also the tower with the Marriott M made for a nice beacon when slightly drunk :) Was quite a last minute booking to be honest, and a very rushed decision. After browsing some rooms online and being disappointed at the look a lot of them (for mid-range pricing) I thought Marriott's haven't really let me down so far, so lets just go for it! At least we're close to the city and the rooms seem big enough. The exterior made me worry it might be very bland and too business oriented, but when we were inside it was a very lovely very modern (and recently renovated) hotel. The rooms were great (for Zurich at least the sizes were good) - facilities were good, lovely Thai restaurant inside, and a cracking hotel breakfast! Concierge were also very helpful putting together a last-minute itinerary for us and booking us tickets and giving travel tips. All-in-all I can't complain a single bit, thanks Marriott for another great stay!

    Exceptional customer service and spotless hotel

    This hotel is one of the nicest Marriotts I have booked. It is well appointed and spotless. Everyone, from the concierge, to the reception desk, to the bar servers, to the housekeeping…..are professional, courteous and helpful. They made us feel special and valued as guests. We asked for towels and had them not soon after. We stayed in the renovated part of the building and the room was clean and nicely styled. The food at the Luxe bar was tasty and the drinks were great. There was nothing I would change about our experience here. The location is close to the train station and the shopping and restaurant areas. Well done, Marriott.

    Velen, a fabulous member of staff

    The hotel itself is ok’ish. A little bit tired looking. However, the young gentleman who works in the lounge, called Velen (I think) is just amazing. So young, so professional, so polite. What a breath of fresh air. Whatever you ask, he delivers it with the most courteous attitude and most beautiful smile. It’s only day two for us, but you’ve made a big impression. I’m the lady who has mistaken your nationality, which I apologised for. We are here for another three days, but I’m sure your customer service will remain as it is, of the highest standard. Thank you, Velen.

    Perfect stay!

    This hotel exceeded my expectations! All the staff I interacted with were fantastic. I wish I could remember the gentleman who checked me in and who happened to be the same one who checked me out when I left but he was awesome! I do want to give a special shout out to Olga, guest relations manager who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed when I was there. The location of the hotel was great, the food I had was good, all the staff in the bar, the lounge, room service everyone was just so nice and kind Thank you for everything!
