A lovely Hotel away from it all

A beautiful hotel with lovely gardens. Food was very good and the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was very restful and perfect for unwinding and getting away from a busy life. Watching boats coming and going was quite entertaining e either from the main restaurant or the Hurricane Hole beside the jetty.

    Friendly Staff, beautiful area

Stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay, St. Lucia We had a memorable stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay, and I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible team who made our holiday so special. Shernel — thank you for everything you did throughout our stay. Manvendra — we truly appreciate how you helped resolve a few menu and drinks issues. Since we stayed for a few weeks, you and Chef Fritz worked so hard to give us a wonderful variety of meals, and we are so grateful. A special thank you to Hilda (such a lovely soul), along with Brenda, Dionne, Winisha, Rashida, and Rasheen for your warm service every day. Our romantic meal was made even more special thanks to our server Makiba. To Allers and Mandel — what talented bartenders you are. Thank you for the care and craft you put into every drink. Our butlers, Neil and Sean, were absolutely fantastic. Thank you both so much for your constant help and kindness throughout our stay. We miss you — you truly brought sunshine to our days. Thank you to Tanishia and Stephanie for looking after our room so beautifully, and to Peter for always bringing fruit and beers with such a cheerful smile. 😊 And finally, a very special thank you to Philip. We hope all your plans for the resort come together just as you envision. It’s a truly beautiful place — just in need of a little TLC — but the staff genuinely make it shine. We had a wonderful stay and are grateful to everyone who made it unforgettable.

    Underwhelming

Let me first say that the staff here are among some of the warmest and most genuinely friendly staff members I’ve ever experienced in the Caribbean. But this is not a place where we will return. The hotel does not appear to be full, but feels understaffed with slow workers who miss the mark (refusing to take orders, missing from stations, etc.). Butlers are nice, but over promise and under deliver. We are in a master suite, and while it’s not outdated, it is not modern and definitely not luxurious. They are missing basic items (that have yet to be replaced even after our butler noted them missing during check in and promised they would be), there are broken items in the shower, and we have to ask for missing items repeatedly. The pool is lackluster, and service at the pool bar is slow. Stay here at your own risk.

Almost perfect but the room ruined it

The resort and amenities are amazing. We liked the bay views and options there. The only reason I would not recommend based on our experience is because of the room condition- bad smell, worn and dirty floors and windows, broken bathroom mirror and air conditioner that leaked all over the desk and floor.

Would never return - feels unsafe

I stayed at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia in February 2026 and was extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. Personal items went missing from my room, and over a week later, the hotel has still provided no meaningful update. Communication was painfully slow, promised updates never materialized, and management’s disorganisation and lack of accountability was shocking. I cannot trust this hotel to keep guests or their belongings safe and will never return or recommend it. The only bright spot was the amazing staff — Brenda, Alison, Mandel, Neil, Sean, and Rosemary were incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help. Without them, the experience would have been entirely unbearable. The food itself was lovely when served correctly, but menus were inconsistent, service was slow, and on several occasions dishes were served cold. The “quiet luxury” atmosphere is completely misleading — a loud corporate group dominated the pool area with drunken shouting, and the grounds themselves were tired and poorly maintained. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment and a total failure of the hotel’s advertised standards.
