the food was subpar, the only thing we enjoyed were the burgers & the steak from hurricane hole.. The bartenders at the main pool were wonderful & so so helpful especially johnathan.. Sean the butler was a gem as well. we had a good day despite the food being a let down.

Zoetry Marigot Bay is absolutely beautiful! The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and responsive! Special shoutout to Carleen, Chris, and Hilda! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely return! This place is complete relaxation!

Will Return
The resort was located an hr away from the airport but worth the view. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from check in to the check out. Vornetta checked us in and gave us an informative tour. Ella retrieved towels for our mud, volcano excursion when we forgot to bring them. John the cook at Hurricane Hole was extremely accommodating when we asked about breadfruit and plantains. Keya, Tammy F., Hilda, Allison, Iyoka, Shorla and Breanna were also friendly, kind and accommodating. Le Bateau Pool Bar was opened until 6pm which was disappointment. It would've been nice if they served drinks an hr or two longer. We went on the Sunset cruise that was offered but missed the sunset because everyone was distracted by the school of dolphins. The Rum Punch did not disappoint, on the cruise or on the resort. If you're looking for romance, looking to reconnect with family/ special someone or just a relaxing getaway this is the place.

Zoetry exceeded our expectations! The level of service, relaxation opportunities and beauty of the resort were worth every penny. The concierge team is great at making recommendations for activities and tours. The Hyatt Exclusive App helped us stay on track of what our options were, as well.
