    Dirty rooms. Horrible service. Nightmare stay.

    We stayed at the Zoetry in St Lucia for a wedding and were shocked by both the service and our room. 1) We arrived at 3PM, our room was not ready until after 6PM! We sat in the lobby for over a hour before we had to ask if we could at least be taken for food. Once we got food, we asked multiple times when our room would be ready, was told someone would come get us. Nobody came! We had to go search for them. 2) The room was so dirty. They told us for 3 hours they were cleaning our room so imagine our shock to walk into a dirty room. The floor seems like it was never swept. There are dead bugs in the bathroom that seem live they’ve been there for months. The toilet has a visible ring and there is dried URINE. The mirror is broken and has some weird black gunk all over it. It looks more like a motel. 3) The outlets don’t work. I have to go to a friend’s room to charge as it seems there is no electricity in most of the room. 4) We were then told that we could get a golf cart to take us to the event. After waiting 30 minutes, nobody showed up. They are not staffed appropriately. 5) I understand customer service jobs can be difficult so I always go out of my way to be extra polite but one of the waitress was short and rude with us. 6) I waited 6 hours for an iron. I asked for an iron when I first walked in at 6PM. After 4 calls, it finally arrived at 12 AM. For the cost, this is awful. I have stayed at a lot of places but hands down this is the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. I did express all of this to the hotel both in-person and online but thought it was human decency to warn others.

    Read Before Booking

    Where do I begin? Check in - we arrived to the hotel after a 5 hour flight and an hour and a half drive. Vincent William with Island Taxi was AMAZING. The room wasn’t ready until 3. Vornetta checked us in and offer us rum punch while we filled out paperwork, she was very lovely! Rooms - the room was 3 flights of stairs up and at a great location overlooking the pool. It smelled musty when we got here, the phone didn’t work, our blow dryers didn’t work unless we brought an adapter. And anyone we asked to help with these issues, nothing was done. Until I spoke to Ella, she is a Queen, and helped us out with the blow dryer situation even tho it turns off after 2 mins if it gets too hot. Food - we slept the entire day we got here to catch up on sleep and tried to call down for room service, but again, our phone didn’t work so we tried to use the app. The only problem, im gluten free and need to make it ask for accommodations. The guy came to the room twice because the phone wasn’t working to tell me both times they didn’t have what I was asking for. Food overall is so mediocre, nothing to take about except the omelets at 1461. Dionne is so sweet and Olivia at Hurricane Hole are lovely. Pool - unless you’re up at 6am to claim chairs, don’t expect to get a seat around the pool. There are sun showers almost every morning. Alison and Jonathan were AWESOME bartenders, always ready to make us tequila shots or Mudslides. and Sunshine and Breanna were so accommodating at the pool restaurant to my gluten-free restrictions. Everyone so friendly and greeted us by name every day. Sunset cruise - Gimel made our night and brought the energy!!!

    Zoëtry visit

    We had a fantastic time. We can’t fault anything. All facilities, hotel staff, the spa , service were amazing. Delicious food !! We highly recommend a stay at this resort. Excursions are well organised and worth the experience to see other parts of the island.

    Great experience,loved it there !!

    It was my first time at the resort ,I will definitely be back ,great staff excellent service ,from breakfast to the beach bar it was amazing, thanks to magie ,Alison ,Malcom ,Erika ,jerquan and short dark skin bartender thank you so much guys.

    The best birthday experience

    Definitely a five star for myself and my partner as we enjoyed our day pass celebrating my wife’s birthday. We chose Zoetry due unfortunate reasons at another resort and I must say I was in awe at the impeccable customer service from booking to check in bar service restaurant and pool service as well. Everyone was so welcoming and eager to help and definitely treated us like royalty. The staff also sang their rendition of happy birthday and reminded my wife of how special she was. Thank you soooooo much Zoetry for an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back ✅
