Good but not great
The location of our room and the views were great. Luckily we got first floor and there are no elevators for upper floors. The service we got from the front desk was poor. The main restaurant has a great ambience and pretty good service but menu was limited.

5-Star Staff in a 3-Star Building Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
5-Star Staff in a 3-Star Building Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ The staff at Zoëtry Marigot Bay are absolute stars. If I were rating on service alone, this would be a 10/10. The Dream Team: A huge thank you to Brenda, Vanmandra, Veejay, and Cohen in management for their presence. Hilda at the front was lovely, and the service from Keanu, Jean Quan, Allers, Rashida, Nathalia was top-tier. At the bar, Jayah, Andre, Mario, Nigel, Allison, Nicholas, and Mandel made every drink feel special. They are the only reason we enjoyed our stay. The Property Issues: Unfortunately, the resort is very dated. We had a leaking ceiling and a sink that wouldn't drain. The water pressure in the shower would drop to a trickle if a toilet was flushed. Warning on Electronics: They charge a $20 deposit for converters, which were not strong enough for a standard steam iron. The converter actually caused my iron to smoke and "blow," destroying it. For a "luxury" resort, the lack of 120V outlets and the poor quality of provided equipment is perplexing. Verdict: Come for the people, but management needs to invest in renovations and basic electrical/plumbing safety immediately.

Would book again!
My husband and I travelled to Zoetry for our honeymoon. We aren't huge beach people and were looking for a quiet place - Zoetry was PERFECT! Loved being in a resort that felt like it was surrounded by wild life. It was also nice to watch all the big yachts come in. The food was our favourite part!! They dont have buffets but restaurants to order at each meal. We normally get sick on every trip from the food and really have to play it safe but not here! We tried EVERYTHING and it was amazing!

Beautiful Setting, Lack Lustre Food and Ammenities
We stayed at the Zoetry Marigot Bay for two nights on the tail end of our St. Lucian vacation last week. The marina setting is unique and offers gorgeous views of Marigot Bay! We thoroughly enjoyed strolling the small boardwalk. There is a ferry to a small public beach across the bay, which is pretty enough and swimmable. There is no service at the public beach, so any drinks or food would have to be purchased there from local vendors, with very few options. The loungers weren’t in the best condition and there were no umbrellas, so it wasn’t the most comfortable to stay for a long time, just a couple of hours max. The room was modern, clean, well stocked and very comfortable! The LeLabo toiletries were a nice touch. Where we were let down was the food and amenities. There are a few restaurants/buffets, but we did not enjoy the food at the main restaurant or the pool bar, which was bland, came cold, and didn’t taste particularly fresh. The drinks were generally very sweet/syrupy and the wines were nothing fantastic. We did enjoy the breakfast menu at the hurricane hole on the harbour level, and their cocktails were superior to all others onsite. Great service there too! The pizza restaurant was enjoyable, but very basic Italian. After only two nights we tried every included dining option and only enjoyed two of the restaurants, so I suspect if we had stayed longer, we would have gotten quite bored of the menus. The pool facilities were fairly standard, perhaps a smidge run down. Which is unfortunate, because that pretty much sums up the included activity options onsite: ferry to the small beach, walk the boardwalk, eat, drink at the pool/bar. There is only live music at the main restaurant for dinner, otherwise no entertainment. The surrounding town isn’t particularly walkable, and no shopping or art galleries to explore. Any nature excursions will cost extra, and are on the other side of the island, requiring a lengthy car ride. In conclusion: a nice enough resort, pretty setting, friendly staff, but not great value given the lack lustre food and limited entertainment options.

A fabulous week in Marigot Bay
Just back from a fantastic weeks stay at the Zoetry, Marigot Bay. Staff were extremely helpful. Particularly the Zoetry butlers - Neil, Ferguson and Sean. It was lovely to stay in a resort that employs almost without exception local people. Rooms were vast and well equipped. Resort was tidy and well maintained.
- AdvisoryGuests are transported via a short pontoon ride to the shimmering white sand of LaBas beach, where they are provided an immersive and elevated beach visit that includes concierge service, personalized wait service, and relaxation amenities such as a tote bag, plush towels, and comfortable beach loungers.
