I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Hotel Zócalo Central for such an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The front desk team — Karina, Isai, Ivan, Josue, and Roberto — were always attentive to our needs, greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything at any time. The bell boys, Cesar, Antonio, and Raul, were also exceptional. They were always attentive to incoming Ubers, taxis, and tours, and made sure we returned safely to the hotel. That level of care made me feel very secure and looked after. A very special thank you to the housekeeping staff, especially Arely and Sonia, who kept our room impeccable — super clean, fresh, and always smelling wonderful. I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am. Thanks to this amazing team, my trip to Mexico was a complete success. I will definitely come back to this hotel, because it truly feels like I have a second family here. The level of service I received during my week-long stay is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Staying here genuinely feels like being at home. Personally, I highly recommend this hotel as one of the best places to stay in Mexico City. THANK YOU ALL! 💖

Great location and super staff
Vianney was an amazing help! Denis & Joséline in the atrium cafe were very hospitable. We found all the staff to be personable and helpful - and the hotel a great location for exploring this boisterous, fun, wild and crazy city.

Excellent and well priced hotel in the historical center of Mexico City
Stayed in this hotel for a quick 4 day first time visit to Mexico City. Great location in the historical center. The staff including Antonio, Christian, Josué, and Valeri were accommodating, warm, and professional. I was able to check in early for a small additional fee. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and charming. From the moment you walk in, it smells great. The rooms are well appointed and I had plenty of space for my belongings. Great shower pressure and counter space. The price point for this hotel was exceptional. I appreciated the proximity to so many important historical and cultural landmarks. Lots of great restaurants around as well. Breakfast was in the beautiful restaurant on the 6th floor with sweeping views of the cathedral and city. Appreciated the variety of breakfast options. Hotel is a little further from some of the important museums but a cheap Uber ride. I was able to walk to the starting points of a few excursions directly from the hotel.

I was charged an odd amount before arrival. Once I arrived the hotel wanted more money, the room wasn’t ready. Staff was extremely rude. I ended up leaving the same day.

Charming hotel with the nicest staff and phenomenal views
We stayed at Zocalo to be close to the historic sites and it has been nothing but incredible. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and came with a great view of the cathedral and square nearby. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who helped arrange rides to tourist attractions that made our trip so much more enjoyable without the hassles. Our driver Ricardo was amazing, always punctual and provided great service. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar if you stay here! The drinks and foods were fantastic - topped with breathtaking views of the city! 10/10!
