We really enjoyed our low-key family/friends(24year olds & above and parents) vaca. Went week of XMAS and def not as crowed as on XMAS/after. Staff at front desk SUPER nice; everyone greets you; rooms were clean. We didn't use hospitality everyday but day I asked all was cleaned and water bottles supplied to room. We sat at adult pool & staff so polite and asking if need drinks/food. All so sweet. 1 day at kid pool as cabana bigger & loved it came with 2 beach chairs access. Music was not loud sitting in cabana but maybe if by pool edge? Didn't go into that pool. Constantly saw staff cleaning grounds so all great onsite.Food/drink generally $17/$24 and above so not outrageous per resorts. Our food at pool was really good-sliders, salads, flatbreads. Restaurants were very good for steak/salad. Loved the pastas less. Richies off site was fabulous. The rain forrest excursion not overly impressive and would skip as maybe we are jaded by Costa Rica/Hawaii. Would do San Juan excursion but hour drive. 5 o'clock restaurant more fast food like and use only for quick burger/fries. We did not use casino but looked nice and at night mostly used open space for games. We ate later so generally to rooms and done drinking by then. But is very nice lobby bar area that had live music. Def more little kids later in week and we don't have so no comment on those amenities. For us it was a great price, clean, lovely staff nice environment. weather perfect. Husbands golfed 2 days but only negative is no drainage on course and grass cut too low that second day gave up on golfing from mud. But nicely comped remaining 9 holes so again, super nice. Thanks for great stay and much appreciation for the staff.

We paid for ocean view which they gave away. Then they gave us the 2 worst rooms I have ever seen. Stay somewhere else all we got was lip service

Thanks with the VIP Concierge Staff specify with Joel, he tuve us orientes welcome and take the Photos to us.
Everybody are great hostest and friendly people. I am glad with the VIP Concierge staff expecify with Joel, very hospitality guy and friendly.
