  Disappointing. Poor customer service

  This is a beautiful resort with all sorts of amenities for families to use IF you’re able to get your key card to work to use them or get into the various pools. We were told upon checking in we could use the amenities at the other towers on property. When we went to check those out we were unable to access the other pools. By then we were already frustrated with our pile of frustrations we just went back to the room because we didn’t want to deal with another thing. Our first assigned room was heavily doused in perfume which I’m allergic to. It’s one thing to be exposed in a hall or elevator where you can walk out of or away from. Sleeping in a room like that wouldn’t be possible as I’m allergic. I called down to the front desk from the balcony to see if we could swap to a comparable room because of my allergy. I was told “I have to ask my manager I’ll call you back.” Never called back. The perfume was bothering me from the balcony so we just headed back downstairs after 30 minutes of waiting on the balcony. We were able to get a different room but the front desk staff wasn’t nice about it. Dinner at 1521 was amazing. However front desk staff had left our new room registered to another guest. When I asked to have our dinner charged to the room it was discovered. Got up to the second room after dinner and checking out the amenities we couldn’t use. No remote for the tv. Called down to the front desk so we could just sit together and watch a movie. We were told they’d run one up and they never did. So we couldn’t even watch TV. Our backs both hurt from the bed in the morning. At that point we just wanted to leave. I’m glad I only booked one night. I can check it off my list. It’s not for me.

  The best Orlando stay

  Oooh had the best stay and best time at Wyndham and the service from Debra, Luz and Sandy and Tesoro Cove was beyond exceptional and warm. Love you guys😘

  Very Pleasant

  Nice hotel, Staff at check in desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with bunk beds for the kids. Breakfast was delightful. The grounds and pools are beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the lazy river and the pirate ship. Hotel guests make sure to get towels from hotel before heading to the pools because it's a bit of a walk and you can't use the resort towels. Ask for a lakeview room because a room view of the parking garage is less than pleasing.

  Amazing Breakfast and Service at Tesoro Cove

  We were staying at the Wyndham Grand in Orlando this weekend and decided to have breakfast in house. The Breakfast was amazing and the service superb. Heather, Richard, Debra, Sandy, and Claudia provided our family exceptional customer service. The omelettes were made to perfection which was complimented by a pretty good smoked bacon and other breakfast buffet items to include chocolate croissants…yummy. We will back again for sure!
