    Could be better.

    Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge the individuals who enhanced my wife's and my stay. At the Sushi Bar, I must recognize Enrique and Alejandro for their exceptional sushi and personalities. They maintained engaging conversations, filled with laughter and smiles, and even offered me a quick chopstick tutorial. These two gentlemen work tirelessly and certainly deserve recognition. Francisco (Sushi bar/Kukus adult) and Manuel (Kukus adult bar), who provided me with excellent service, may just be the best bartenders/employees at this establishment. Their dedication would be a significant factor in my decision to return. They tirelessly ran to provide service, never taking a break or ceasing their efforts, all while ensuring to joke, laugh, smile, and engage with everyone they served. I am grateful for their outstanding service and suggest they receive some form of compensation for their exceptional dedication to the guests of this resort. Others who offered commendable service include Orlando, Angel, and Stephanie at the lobby bar, and not to forget Paulina Casanova, who during the 120-minute vacation club presentation, was incredibly kind, not pushy, and understanding of our unique situation at the end. My thanks go to everyone who made this vacation a pleasure. However, I encountered issues with two employees. Geraldo from the pool bar provided the worst service I've ever experienced at the resort's largest, most active swim-up bar. I lodged two complaints about his service during my stay. The first complaint was made at the main desk, where, unfortunately, no manager was available to address the issue, but I still filed the complaint about this employee. The next day, I thought perhaps Geraldo was just having an off day. I was mistaken. The same poor service continued, so I approached the desk to speak with a manager, or at least someone who claimed to be. Miguel, the supervisor, seemed indifferent. He barely suppressed a smile or laughter during my complaint and even laughed outright in my face. He was also preoccupied with his personal cell phone. His only response to my concerns was to take down my room number. Following this, I chose not to return to the pool bar, realizing that my complaints and suggestions to provide Geraldo with additional support were ignored by Miguel. I have never encountered such apathy from resort staff in all my travels. Fortunately, due to Geraldo and Miguel's ineptitude, I had the opportunity to meet other incredible bartenders like Manuel, Francisco, and others previously mentioned.

    I love this hotel

    It was the off-season in Cancun, and we got a reasonable price to stay here. Of course, this hotel is small and has one pool. It’s a simple hotel. However, the drinks were very good—better than at other expensive, busy hotels. Especially when we ordered frozen drinks, we noticed the difference. These frozen drinks didn’t have ice cubes in them, which means they were blended well. At other hotels, the drinks aren’t blended enough and are very rough and not smooth. This was a really good point for me. Of course, the service was fine and the food was OK. If you have a family, I recommend this hotel, and I will be back again.

    Wonderful staff

    Rooms are comfortable. Love the pools. And staff is wonderful! Miguel Matos was exceptional and made the extra mile to make sure my coffee was refilled in the morning and my glass beverage was always full after coffee hours every time he saw me in my usual spot during my vacation. As a busy mom, I appreciated all of it!! All staff was helpful and friendly! Bartender by the main pool is on top of it! Not only was staff on top of making sure I had what I needed but also my family.

    Breakfast buffet experience

    The server we had in AM ,Carlos Aguilar was very attentive and great server .Thank you for all you do. Me and my family will keep coming back . The food is great and people are always so helpful and willing to serve a great service all with happy smiles
