Would not recommend
Air conditioning was not working upon arrival. Room was 78 degrees. Called maintenance to report the issue. Took several hours for the room to cool down. Bathtub drain was clogged, which left water standing while showering.

Stay Elsewhere!!!
My husband, our two children and I, recently stayed at this hotel. We will not be staying here again. Our flight was delayed from Canada over two hours. By the time we arrived to check into our hotel, it was after 1:00 am, and you can imagine how exhausted we were. We were given one small bag with two water bottles and two small snacks at check in. We inquired about bottle of waters provided in the room and the girl told us no. She recommended we "fill up in the gym". We also inquired about staying in the tower part of the hotel which is clearly the better rooms and service, another female came from a closed door behind the front desk and told her $50.00 US a day to upgrade. With the unknown amount of resort fees we had to pay, we declined. The room we stayed in was the west garden. These rooms are much like staying at a motel. Our room smelled of must when we went in. There was a small of the roof that had an opening where pipes are located above the show. This would often be found opened. The walls, PAPER THIN!! You can hear everything in both rooms beside you. Now I will say, the pool area was not bad at all. The staff working the bar were pleasant, as well as the bell boys. I have read some previous reviews that say they immediately talk about time share at check in, however, we did not experience this. That was likely due to the time of check in. I would not consider this a Disney resort what so ever. The nicest thing about this hotel is the lobby and location. The food and drinks are far too expensive. $8.00 US for a bottle of water! Insanity! Our check out was very early. We left just before 6:00am due to the timing of our flight. Again, no staff working at the desk and no staff ever around. Also given the previous reviews I have read, there were concerns of billing and additional fees after check out. We called "hello" until someone came out the door behind the front desk check in. Finally she came out. We asked to get some help with check out and a paper copy of the receipt. Once I got home, we reviewed our credit card charged. We were charged $384.35 Canadian for "resort fees" which are taxed by the way, and another charge that was unknown to us $893.87. Trying to call this hotel and actually get someone on the phone to speak with is impossible. We have tried three separate times, been transferred and told to hold the line and the phone hangs up. Then we call back and no one answers. I also spoke to someone who told me she couldn't find my reservation and told me to call whoever I booked the vacation package through which is the wrong thing to tell me as the issue is directly with the charge from the hotel. Needless to say, I called my credit card company and they walked me through everything in the matter of a 5 minute phone call and now I am waiting for my refund from this hotel. Stay clear of this money pit and book elsewhere!

Mini Vacay
Had a great time. The pool was amazing for my toddler. Easy check in and out. Everyone was nice. Food at the pool a little pricey but expected for this type of resort. Was good location close to everything in short drive.

Great hotel, fantastic staff!
Visited for two nights, had a garden view room in the lower side buildings. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. There was a fridge in the room big enough for food & drinks. Pool area is lovely and the reception area has lots of seating & a shop. We sat there waiting to book an Uber to the airport and we’re very comfortable. The restrooms were very clean. Every member of staff has been pleasant and helpful. Definitely would and will visit again.

Go with realistic expectations.........
This review will help you decide if this motel is right for you. Remove resort thoughts from your mind, read the review, and decide what is best for you.... The Good, The Bad and nothing Ugly GOOD: Everything is clean! The frig is larger than most. It is very close to Disney Springs. The pool area is the nicest feature other than location. You have access to all the amenities of the hotel it is attached too. There are safes in the room. There are ice machines. BAD: It is a motel. The door opens to outside. Anyone walking by the hotel has access to all the rooms. I prefer a more secure hotel stay. If you open your blinds to see out the window you will see people walking by. It is loud when people and carts roll by. There is only ONE place to sit other than the beds. That is one chair with one tiny table otherwise you are sitting on the bed when you are in the room. The closet is weird and small there are several drawers. The size was okay for two people but would have been cramped with more people. There is one gym for both facilities and it is small. The coffee in the room is bad. You can walk to the coffee bar in the main hotel and get a cup of brewed coffee that is good for $4. There isn't much breakfast at the hotel. I didn't try the buffet...the only real food option. You can pick up some cereal and pastries in the snack bar area. There is no microwave in the room. The microwave in the snack area is labeled no outside food. We stayed at this hotel because of my husbands work. I didn't go to the parks so I can't speak to transportation. We drove so we left the property to eat dinner and brought snacks for breakfast. Disney Springs is a very easy walk but it poured rain every afternoon and evening. We would have been soaked walking to Disney Springs for dinner. Pro tips: there is a weird table under the sink. I found it useful to move it across the room under the window so I could use the top of the table. The closest restaurant into Disney Springs from the hotel is Earl of Sandwich. Disney Springs doesn't open until 9 so even though Earl of Sandwhich has breakfast sandwiches the time might not work for some. Okay so now you can make a decision if the Garden rooms are right for you and your family.
