Horrible experience- very predatory- do not stay here. Stayed with my family at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista at Disney Springs from December 5-7th. 2 rooms were reserved. Although I had documentation and confirmation that my stay was for 2 nights, the hotel insisted that 3 nights had been booked and showed me the paper work on their end that the stay was for 3 nights. The hotel stated that this was due to a third party booking, however I booked through the hotel website. We paid multiple resort fees and parking fees- we were refunded the parking fees and resort fees for the additional night, however multiple charges are still present on my credit card statement. When I call the reservation system for Wyndham I was just told that I had booked in-house. The front desk is claiming I used a third party. I have been overcharged and the front desk has not been helpful at all. Very sad that this is an official Walt Disney World Hotel. We will be claiming fradulent charges with our credit card and reporting this hotel.

Nice stay, good spacious room! Nearby Disney springs, daily free bus that you have to reservate to Disney parks, awesome stay!

This was a charming stay literally a 5 minute walk OVER the highway to Disney Springs. The room was spacious and clean. The Lobby was charming. The pool and fire pit were wonderful.

Beautiful place
Very good, I didn't like was the bed mattress was very hard, I woke up both days with back pain, The comforter didn't warm and the first night I was very cold

Fab time.
Great stay at this hotel ,food wise a little isolated although Disney Springs is just a 8 minute walk. Hotel pleasant with excellent staff all very friendly. Pool is lovely and very relaxing. Overall I would stay here again.
