We enjoyed our stay! Especially enjoyed Laval who made great food and drinks for us and provided wonderful conversation and gave excellent recommendations for the area!

Nov 23, 2025Renovations: noise was horrific at 7am
I've stayed here plenty of times before and absolutely loved it. This stay was NOT so great. Early Saturday morning, there was a room being renovated below us & the loud noises woke up my entire family at 7am. It was so loud, no one could sleep and it lasted all morning. It sounded like a jackhammer & loud constant banging noises. I reached out to management many times and they did nothing. We eventually left the complex. If you are planning for peace and relaxation, I wouldn't stay here if they are doing renovations.

Nice but no pool lift or grab rails.
We were a family here in November 2024. Everything was very clean and nice, but there were a few things that could have been fixed. In the newly renovated apartment, there were no grab rails at the toilet and neither in the shower. It was too much trouble to transport our traveling companions who are past their lightest stage, so we did not accept it. But who makes up a suite and skip this for the disabled ? What was worse, h, was that the pool lift was game over and obviously not in function. But a neat apartment, but the area is not suitable for people who use a wheelchair and cannot walk.

Great stay
Our stay from August 26th to September 12th was wonderful. I would like to thank Desiree and Keren – everything was absolutely perfect. It truly felt like a second home. We can’t imagine the Tiki Bar without Laval – he mixes the perfect drinks and plays the best music. All in all, a five-star experience!

Great Apartment
Apartment was spacious & clean. Pool was well maintained, never a problem getting a lounger. Pool towels often run out by afternoon, but they have more at reception if you ask. Location is a bit remote, too far from restaurants or bars to walk, but we were OK with that after the hustle of the Disney parks during the day.
