    Exceptional Service and Comfort – Highly Recommend

    I recently spent a full week at the Wyngate Wingham Edmonton West for work meetings, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The entire team—management, front desk, and housekeeping—demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to help. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and productive. A few highlights: Staff assisted with printing important documents quickly and efficiently. They kindly made fresh coffee available two hours before the usual breakfast time, which was a lifesaver for early meetings. The room was spotless, and the environment was quiet and relaxing—perfect for both work and rest. All in all, a wonderful and comfortable stay. I’m already looking forward to returning next February! One tip for future guests: Book directly through the hotel’s official website. Avoid third-party booking sites that may mislead you with claims like “only king rooms available” or fail to honor CAA/AAA discounts. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Edmonton!

    So comfy!

    Good place for kids and dogs. Staff seemed genuinely pleased to help us out with whatever we needed and we enjoyed our stay so much that we might travel to Edmonton again just to stay here. We stayed in 3 different rooms. Everything was comfortable. Breakfast is all you could want in a hotel breakfast. Waterslide is fun. The staff seem to love children and were helpful in locating a lost toy for us. Close to WEM. Only complaint is that the hotel is showing its age. Everything is a little ugly (comfortable, super clean, but ugly). Wyndham needs to allocate more resources to building maintenance, because yikes.

    Very congested and noisy!

    Over priced. The rooms are dated. Beds aren’t that comfortable. The chair in the room was falling a part. The carpet was sticky. No glass cups in the room. No insulation in the walls or roof I don’t think lol you hear everything little thing that people are doing. Walking, toilet flushing, shower going, and talking. The pool is small with the slide going you can’t swim at all. It’s extremely busy which is good for the hotel, but it gets very congested quickly. Dirty wet towels laying everywhere along the pool. Would not stay there again.

    Spectacular hotel excellent staff and managers.

    We arrived the pool was closed. Jim was awesome he gave us the family price to compensate us. We went up to the room......the bed was so clean the bathroom was extremely clean very comfortable bed large rooms large tvs. The breakfast the first day was bacon and scrambled egg and loads of other options yogurt toast bagels cereal waffle maker with strawberry topping. The next day was omletes and sausages with all the other stuff. Such great staff and managers. If you want a good stay with a family atmosphere this is the place. The pool was open the last day we were in. Went to check it out all new pool inside and everything painted. Great pool and hot tub area. Will definitely be using it next time in. Thank you all for the great memories.

    Not recommended

    Absolutely disgusting bed was covered in hair and pubic hair. Chair looked like it had bodily fluids all over it and the guy didn't even care.. porn was on the TV when we turned it on.. thank God our kids were not with us. Disgusting and upset..do not recommend
