    Amazing, Relaxing, Welcoming, Clean

    This hotel was clean, friendly, welcoming. The continental breakfast was always kept stocked while in the hours right up until the last minute. The pool was clean and fun. We were in a suite and they even tidied up while we were there. It was an overall relaxing stay, exactly what you need when on vacation. Will definitely stay here again.

    Just OK

    Hotel is average. Noise level was unacceptable due to a youth hockey team. Staff did little to assist. Breakfast was ok. Crowded food service area making it diffcult for the staff to keep clean and replenish.

    Clean rooms and good cost.

    Easy check in and clean room, nice little breakfast in the morning. Gym was small but had everything that I needed! Would definitely stay again

    The Best Stay Of My Life

    It was the magical positive stay I’ve ever had since I left home. It actually felt more like home at one point. Me and my father used to come stay as well when we were going through rough times.

    Worst sleep ever...

    This had got to be the absolute worst stay i have had... booked this room for the water slide for my son. Gonna keep it short because I dont wanna waste anymore time or energy on this booking... Positives 1* for the pool/waterslide, decent breakfast. Negatives -4* stay and sleep was absolutely brutal... from the time we checked in to checked out it literally sounded like there was a heard of elephants in the room above us, complained to front desk multiple times said they would call the room. Pretty sure they didnt because nothing changed. Whole family got no sleep at all, complained again in the morning and asked for some compensation. Front desk said they would talk to manager and that ended in absolutely nothing. Severally disappointed having paid for a suit and having to listen to what sounded like a circus all day and night...
