Decent place to stay to avoid main strip
Enjoyed our stay, 1 bed villa was a little tired in places. Strange having a jet bathtub in our bedroom (which was small) but otherwise perfectly nice place to stay. Didn't utilise the pool or other amenities on offer. The shuttle into main Las Vegas was very helpful. Would stay again.

No more
We’ve stayed here before and we enjoyed our stays but this last time we spent 3 nights and the first night I found a scorpion in the bathroom. After that my stay was not fun. I was scared that there would be more . Weather it was poisonous or not , I was just uncomfortable.

New Owner's First Time Visit!!!
The staff is very politely, friendly and has asweome customer service skills! The Villa was nice and clean. I truly feel the bedroom needs dressers, especially for a 7 day stay! An Accessible option should be added when booking. Great stay!

BEWARE of electrical issues! Westgate service is horrible!
Our family had a horrible experience with service at this resort. Half way through our vacation, a light/fan in a bedroom started causing the circuit breaker to trip. A maintenance man, Victor, tried to fix the situation several times, but was unable to. Victor, was kind and helpful and secured us a new room as we were told we had to move out. We were assured we had all day to do so since we had to pack everything up and carry it upstairs. We moved most of our belongings and then decided to break for lunch since we were losing an entire day of vacation. We came back after lunch to find housekeeping preparing the room for new guests! We were not even sure we had moved all belongings at this point and we still had keys to the room. AND, the electrical issue had NOT been fixed. We expressed our displeasure to Esau (rooms manager), Diane (housekeeping supervisor), and Walter (chief engineer). Walter even tried to blame the electrical issue on me using the hair dryer (which had NOT been used and was NOT the issue). We had to show them the issue with the light/fan switch. We expressed our displeasure with having to move, especially to an upstairs room. Also, we stated we had already lost a day of vacation due to this issue. Esau stated the only thing he could do to compensate us was to give us a credit at the on-site market (which is nothing we could use). Needless-to-say, we stayed in the upstairs room and made the best of the remaining days of our trip. Since our return home, I have contacted Westgate customer services 3 times and they state there is nothing they can, or are willing to, do. We have been owners since 2001 and I am greatly disappointed in the lack of concern from Westgate. It is unacceptable and I will continue to make our feed back known.

Excellent Get Away and Close Enough.
The Westgate Flamingo Resort is off the strip and a short shuttle ride to the center of the Las Vegas Strip. We loved the Westgate Flamingo Resort. It truly feels like a home away from home. Our unit included a full size bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, dining area, and full size sofa to enjoy and kick back. The resort offers complimentary shuttle services to multiple locations. There’s other amenities including Starbucks, Marketplace, Pool, gym, etc. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They make sure that you are comfortable. There are many great restaurants in the area that you can eat out or order in. The best part is you can enjoy the peace and quiet after a long day or evening of having fun. Clean, comfortable beds, and a whirlpool tub. Love this place! Next year, we won’t stay the few nights in the strip. We’ll go straight to Westgate Flamingo Resort and shuttle over to the convention and casino. If you are looking to enjoy Vegas and surrounding sights, Westgate Flamingo Resort is a great place to stay.
