Loved everything about this hotel! As soon as you set foot in here, you are on holidays. The staff is amazing, the decor is gorgeous, location is perfect. Would definitely book again and recommend! I ate there every day and enjoyed coffee from their cafe every morning! The pool is gorgeous too especially in the afternoon when there is more sun. Loved it :)

Great stay!
Great hotel!, I’d definitely choose this again for my next visit. I enjoyed the hot tub at evening and the pool. Also you can have coffee and pastries since early in the morning, all really good with an excellent service. Front desk guys were very kind, helpful with storage service. Room was very comfortable and clean, all care products in the bathroom were hight quality, loved them.

Wayfinder Waikiki, truly a Hawaiian experience
Staying at this hotel was such a great experience and the customer service from each person were 5 out 5. If I could give it 6 out of 5, I would! First off, Happi and Lexi at the front desk were amazing! They were super nice, respectful and helpful! Chase at the front desk during the over night shift was so nice and helpful! He even took the time to have conversations with us, which we really enjoyed! The experience with Chase made it feel like I was truly in Hawaii! Ikaika and keoni at valet were helpful in opening our car doors and helping us with our bags. Their hard work in making sure our cars were out in a timely matter was greatly appreciated! Lauren at the Cafe helped us to choose which coffee and tea we should order. Her recommendations did not disappoint. Now, to the most important part of the hotel, the room. I was so excited to notice that the room was decorated so nicely and beautifully! The rooms were super super clean thanks to our housekeeper Ronelia! She did such a great job cleaning our room and making sure we were fully equipped with everything we needed! I would also like to thank, Efren! I believe he was the manager for all the housekeepers. He made sure our rooms were properly cleaned and equipped before our stay. His customer service was also very professional and he’s actually a really nice person! To all that work at Wayfinder, thank you for all that you do and for your Hawaiian hospitality! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next trip. To all future Hawaii trip takers, this place will not disappoint and I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay with great amenities!!!
Amazing Stay with friendly staffs. Special thanks to “Happy” who has provided top notch services and recommendations throughout our stay. In addition, the valet parking option is pretty nice also. Very quick in and out service whenever I need to go anywhere. Overall, highly recommended.

Amazing stay at the Wayfinder
We had an amazing stay at the Wayfinder!! Front desk staff was exceptional and super helpful with everything (thank you Emerald!). Valet was also super nice too! The hotel is really cute / aesthetic and we really enjoyed the pool area and coffee bar. The bed was also insanely comfortable! Cant wait to come back to Hawaii :)
