Excellent small hotel - quiet, clean, easy walk to beach and restaurants, great pool, nice coffee bar. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant, but if you like poke bowls, it looked good.

Family holiday
We are a family of 4 who travelled from the UK. We stayed in a room with 2 x double beds and a Lanai. The room was on the small side but with some strategic management of our cases / clothes etc, we were able to have a comfortable stay. Overall we found the hotel to be perfect. Great location with a shirt walk to the shops / Waikiki beach. A smaller boutique hotel suited us perfectly. The decor was really lovely. The rooms were very clean (thank you housekeeping team) and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Other reviewers have commented on street noise. Not sure what they expect given it is a hotel in a city. We were not disturbed by the noise - the hotel does provide ear plugs for light sleepers. The pool area was really lovely and clean, day & night. All the staff we met, from reception, to housekeeping, to bar staff and poolside staff were always friendly, approachable and willing to help. We ate at Redfish twice - really enjoyed the food we had. Again the staff were really helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

Wayfinder is a Jem!
Thoroughly recommend Welinder. They’re clean, great location and the staff always make you feel welcome. Walkable to anywhere downtown Honolulu. Thoroughly recommend if you’re just looking for a clean wonderful little hotel!

Great Stay (really enjoyed hula class too!)
My friend and I had a great stay at the Wayfinder Waikiki. Our room was super comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I also got to take a great hula class with their teacher on site. They offer lots of free classes for guests throughout the week, and taking the hula class was the best way to end my amazing stay here. Definitely recommend!

Very good unless it was with whoever works Wayfinder call help desk.
Overall experience was amazing. The food at the Redfish was amazing and so was the cafe. Also the drinks were good as well as incredibly friendly staff. The only critique I have is that whenever family members would call Wayfinder to book a room through my room block whoever was on the other line would make it difficult for my friends and family and tell them they can't book the room block and that there are no deals for them despite the room block giving a small discount. Not only that but when I had a friend who booked a room under their name not be able to check in with the person they were rooming with because their flight was running late, when the person rooming with them tried to check in the person on the line would fight with them and tell them they can't check in and be really stern and rude about it. They were ready to leave my friend till 3am in the lobby untill the person whos name is on the room came in from their flight. Thankfully front desk wasn't as rude or difficult as whoever was on the line and let them check in.
