    Get ready for pitiful service from the Peacock Bar.

    At the lobby bar you are guaranteed horrendous, indifferent and callous service. Switching out your premium liquor for well booze on “signature cocktails“ is not what you expect from the Waldorf brand. Hospitality is for sure not strong at this location.

    Great Hotel Stay in Panama City

    Great hotel. We had a sweet deal through AMEX. So it was very affordable for 3 nights. We really liked the pool area. Great for relaxing after a day as a tourist. The room was week appointed. Housekeeping is excellent. They called us every day to ask if we needed anything. Our favorite waiter was William. Look for him at breakfast. He is attentive, kind and starts your day with a smile. I communicated with the concierge, Lille before we arrived and she helped us with all sorts is recommendations and transportation. She is the best! Lots of little restaurants nearby. And a foodie market. We would stay here again!

    A lovely retreat from the everyday

    Very nicely located, with a terrific pool area and breakfast buffet [with great views of central city from the balcony]. The staff were all quite gracious and generous with their time, particularly concierges Lille and Oliver. And a special shout-out to William Smith, who made us so much more than welcome at breakfast.
