    Outstanding Hotel and staff.

    We really enjoyed this Hotel , staff and amenities. The concierge, Lily, was extremely helpful. From getting us to the hotel from the airport to arranging transportation and tour during our stay. The breakfast dinning staff, Danill, Joseph aka Jose, William and the omelette lady ( sorry I forgot her name) were outstanding. These people know how to make a guest’s stay memorable. True professionals. All staff interactions were a pleasure. Our room was current, clean and comfortable. Jose is on his game at breakfast. The gym was nice and Jefat at the pool bar area was excellent. We are planning another visit in January. Beautiful place

    The full experience during our two days of stay was wonderful! The staff is friendly and ready to help! A special recognition goes to William Smith!     Awesome service

    We had a great time at the hotel. Our room was spotless every night and service was awesome. William Smith was one of our serves and he was such a delight! He was attentive and boosted our morale. Jose served us for lunch and he was great at getting us what we needed. We will definitely be back again.
