    Flash was an excellent resource to a very nice stay here again !!! He took care of an issue I had with my room 1311 . I didn’t have any hot water to shower , only COLD WATER for two days !!!

    We had breakfast at the Waldorf Astoria and William Smith took such great care of us. He was super kind, friendly, and really easy to talk to. He made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole morning feel extra nice. Seriously awesome service, William’s the best!

    Outstanding experience with a wonderful, central location, modern facility and extremely attentive staff. The concierge Lille is a true professional, and in the restaurant Dailin and William Smith made every breakfast a real pleasure. We can’t wait to go back and would not stay anywhere else.
