    Enjoyable breakfast experience

    William made sure our breakfast was very enjoyable. He went out of his way to be attentive every morning. As soon as he saw us he had our juice and coffee waiting. Highly recommend.

    This hotel is a cut above the ordinary. Our kids love it. My wife loved. The service was impeccable. found our home away from home. We will be back.

    Would stay here again

    We stayed here twice - before and after the cruise. We had an option to move to a different hotel after the cruise. We didn't. Yes, its not THE Waldarf Astoria in NYC...some room parts could use updating. So does some gym equipment. But that's why its a four and not a five star hotel. And the price more than reflects that. OTOH, service is excellent - front desk, concierge, cleaning staff, and brekfast staff. Rooms are relarge with nice views. Rooms and public areas are spotless. Location is very convenient - lots of restaurants within a few mins walk, there are few grocery stores across the street, and the Malecon (ocean walk) is 5 - 10 min by foot.

    William at the Waldorf Astoria breakfast service was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. He made the entire breakfast experience feel relaxed and special. Excellent service and a true asset to the hotel.
