I loved the hotel , i fell in love with the entertainment people . They are so sweet & they take care of you. They make you laugh , they dance with you . I had so much fun . They are the best , i wasn't expecting so much love . Beautiful experience!,
I got married at this hotel, it was a beautiful weeding, the staff involved on the event were avobe a beyon to accommodates me, they also made may wedding cake 🎂. Kudos to Katherine Peralta Guest Service Manager, she was the very patient, profesional and flexible thank you so much Katherine! Also Johan at front desk and the photografer great services! I recommend this hotel!

knowing my love
On my vacation in the tangerine they gave me good attention in the restaurant Karla, Ruth and Nicolas, also thanks to the guys from the bar area, Rafelina, Richauris, Manuel, but the people in charge of making me enjoy the restaurant more, the entertainment group I thank Jenifer, Keila, Black Lion, they are excellent in their work, something if the hotel should improve and it's the quality. I had visited before and the food and drinks were better than now in the rooms, please put more than 2 water and beer, I hope That that changes by the time I get back

Viva Resorts is awesome!
The customer service here is amazing! Everyone is very kind and helpful and everyday there is always some activities happening sround the resort. No one can get bored here. A very kind lady named Mauvie helped us out with finding tables and i am very grateful!

Best barman ever
Very nice all inclusive hotel. Personal is very kind, especially the barman Richaury, who makes the best mojitos ever! Always smiling and joking, he does his job perfectly and with charisma. The only negative thing I could find is that the buffet restaurant is very very loud. Orherwise I would absolutely recommend it.
