El personal es muy agradable. The location was super warm not hot not cold very comfortable. The restaurants are super DELICIOUS!!! The rooms are very big and they don’t have insects. Plus there are NO mosquitoes. ZERO!!! WONDERFUL the staffs also very funny. I loved Viva Heavens !!! BEST hotel !!! 🇩🇴 😝😝😜😜🥰🥰😍😍🤩🤩🥳🥳 P.S Felix Navidad !!! 🎅 Hostess

Phenomenal
The resort so relaxing and staff are amazing and wonderful people. Service was fantastic from when we arrived until we left. Thank you to all the staff including Nico, Avipita, Speedy, scooby, Ester and Nairobi. They made the experience so amazing. Only recommendation would be to update the rooms and wifi but I wouldn’t change anything else. Thank you Henry for the service, assistance and recommendations.

The hotel is seeing its age, rooms are very outdated and AC units need repairs/maintenance. 2 star rooms at best!! Food was good, but if you’re staying longer than a week it’s very repetitive. Staff were very attentive, and helpful. My biggest issue is with the vendors on the beach- I’m totally supportive of them trying to make a living. However, make at them congregating in an area right behind people, trying to enjoy their vacation and yelling and screaming at each other or just standing around. That’s not why you pay your money to go to a vacation.

Great service, nice hotel!
Our trip to viva heavens was amazing! It was our first trip as a couple and my boyfriend and I loved everything about it. The staff are amazing, Henry at the front desk is so funny and helpful!! We made friends with almost all of the staff & they helped any time we needed.
