Everything about Estancia and Flamingos is simply amazing. Great staff, super friendly, awesome pool concierge Fidel Padilla and Laura the elite concierge above and beyond. The place is beautiful the food fresh and delicious. Love the comfortable pool chairs and activities and the spa! Jonathan was fabulous massage therapist

4.5 outta 5 cause 5 is perfect! Pretty darn close! Had a great time. Great team leading the way going out of their way to make us comfortable! A great time! One staff member in particular Fidel Padilla! The best in class! Out of this world service! Dig holes in the hot sun for an umbrella! Off the hook service!
Fantastic, relaxing week!
Everyone at Villa La Estancia makes staying there a relaxing, stress-free experience. The staff is all friendly, helpful and busy making sure everyone’s needs are met. The condo was spacious and comfortable. If anything in the condo needed attention, help was quickly on the way. Would definitely stay here again!
Be weary of paying in advance...
We paid for an all inclusive vacation 6 months ahead of arrival. On check in the hotel insisted we produce original credit card - which was no longer in existence. I tried to explain that the card had been stopped due to a cyber fraud and the bank had replaced it with a new card. Despite my explanation the hotel insisted that I produce a new credit card and pay the full amount again. They then undertook to refund the amount originally paid. It has now been 1 moth since we checked out and despite about 30 calls to the hotel, I have still not received my full refund. Supposedly it was credited the day I checked out but to date there still remains a significant amount owing to me. How can this be allowed to happen? When my card was charged by the hotel it took minutes to clear my bank. When a credit was passed.... its taken over a month. Needless tp say we wont be going back...
Alberto’s butler service
Isash Alberto, our butler, was extremely attentive and wonderful! He was on time every morning and if we weren’t up, we felt comfortable with him coming in and setting our table up so that it was ready for us. Can’t wait to come back and have his services again!!!
