    Excellent Customer Service in relaxing surroundings.

    Escape to Rome and stay at this special hotel. Excellent Customer Care; High Quality Food; and Great Location. We look forward to returning. Every member of staff is courteous and helpful, making for a very relaxing break. The location is perfect for St. Peter’s.

    Probably the best hotel in Rome

    This luxury hotel is conveniently located just 10-15 minutes walk from the Vatican and is perfect for exploring main Rome attractions. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff were amazing and went out their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable and happy. The hotel, the rooms are modern, fresh and absolutely exquisite. The breakfast was really amazing and we were welcomed each day with brilliant service and support. We have enjoyed our stay at Villa Agrippina and would definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

    A lovely hotel, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

    This is an elegant hotel and the staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom is set up rather inconveniently. A minor issue compared with the other accommodations. Also the staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly. Another consideration is that it’s close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s but not the Colosseum and downtown. We walked to St. Peter’s but had to take a taxi to the Colosseum.

    Provided exceptional guest experience every member or staff was excellent

    just an amazing experience, the staff at Villa Agrippina are exceptional, its location is excellent right by Vatican CIty and within walking distance of most of the sights. big shout out to Eleonora the concierge, & Jessica - nothing was too much trouble, superb service

    Second visit to Melia

    Great hotel staff in breakfast, reception and bar excellent very happy to help you and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Room was nice and the heated bathroom floor great. I agree with one review saying a wardrobe would be nice and although space is short perhaps the place where the hangers and safe are .
