What truly made our experience at the Gran Ventana special was the hospitality and kindness of Bruno! Bruno is one of the employees of the resort and he went above and beyond to show us a great time! He took us on a private bike tour, hosted Bingo and the volleyball games in the pool! He would always check in on us to make sure we were having a great time! If you go to the resort, please connect with him! He will make your trip worthwhile.

Amazing
Second time at gran ventana first time just me and my husband this time around came with my kids and resort doesn’t disappoint the staff is so amazing and so kind always trying make you feel comfortable the food amazing we upgrade our package so get to go vintage club Fausto always making me some amazing mojito Maria is also very kind and helpful .. and at the beach amable always ready to bring us food and drinks at our bed making sure kids have water fruit whatever they needed . The food resort is amazing from the restaurants to the buffet so many staff go above and beyond Felix Jose raul Rosa maria I can go on and on about the staff here have no complaints at all coming back next year ❤️. Love the torres rivera family

Best Resort and Staff ever
This was our 9th trip to this resort. We love everything about it. The size of the resort is perfect the food is amazing and the staff is the best of the best. They truly mean it when they say " come as guests leave as family". We will be back in April 2024.

Gran Ventana 2023
This is my tenth time coming to this resort. We absolutely love the resort. The staff are incredibly friendly, they make us feel like family. The food is delicious. The beach is wide and clean. The pool is well maintained. The rooms are well maintained. Our friend Juan Carlos is an awesome entertaining manager. We will be coming back to the Gran Ventana in February 2024. We would like to make a shout out to Augustin, Raul, Elbi, Luis Miguel, Luis, Amable , Juan Carlos and his animation team for making our vacation special. Until next time we Love You 😘

May 28, 2023Vacation at Gran Ventana
This was a lovely place. We were on the second floor on the back so it was quiet at night. The food was good and the staff were so wonderful. The only drawback I would say would be the entertainment. There was really nothing that we decided to go and see, the beach is great. You can walk for miles and the rooms for very comfortable. The place is really well run and the staff are friendly and treated us so well. We talked to many couples who had been there several times before I would go back there.
